Hello Hivers! Nice Tuesday to all of you. I hope you are having a great day and that it is quite productive and promising. Are you working hard to achieve your goals? Are you exploiting and making the most of your talents and skills? Because today we are going to talk about that.

¿Qué es más importante el talento o el trabajo duro? | What is more important talent or hard work?
Bueno Hivers, quiero empezar diciendo que antes de decidir que considero yo más importante entre el talento y trabajo duro. Tengo que decir que la disciplina, la constancia y la perseverancia son valores que principalmente considero más importantes a la hora de lograr tus objetivos y metas.
Porque si eres una persona que tienes o adquieres estos valores, lograras trabajar duro por lo que deseas o explotaras tu talento con dedicación con el mismo fin, alcanzar el éxito. ¿Y quién no quiere ser exitoso y brillar? Pienso que muchos queremos llegar a este estado.
Por lo tanto, si tengo que escoger y decidir que considero más importante, luego de los valores anteriormente mencionados. Diría que me parece más importante el TRABAJO DURO 💪, porque si trabajas duro por eso que deseas, estarás muy cerca de conseguirlo y además si tienes un talento y lo estas descubriendo tienes que trabajar en el primero. Así que una acción precede a la otra.
Well Hivers, I want to start by saying that before I decide what I consider more important between talent and hard work. I have to say that discipline, constancy and perseverance are values that I mainly consider more important when it comes to achieving your goals and objectives.
Because if you are a person who has or acquires these values, you will manage to work hard for what you want or exploit your talent with dedication to the same end, achieve success. And who does not want to be successful and shine? I think many of us want to reach this state.
Therefore, if I have to choose and decide what I consider more important, after the values mentioned above. I would say that I find more important HARD WORK 💪, because if you work hard for that thing you want, you will be very close to get it and also if you have a talent and you are discovering it you have to work on it first. So one action precedes the other.
