[ESP/ENG] A MESSAGE AND MINI CONTEST ( WIN 10 HIVE) || UN MENSAJE Y MINI CONCURSO (GANAR 10 COLMENA)
I write this article first to apologise to the blogging challenge community and fellow Hive friends for my inconsistency being able to be actively engaged in your post and those published in the community.
Most of the things I am doing right now is curating the post published in the community, commenting on contest entries, and determining the winners of the contest. Also my apologies for having late selection of winners for the #my2021resolutions, you guys really gave @tripode and I a tough time selecting winners for the contest, moreover we had over 80 entries to the contest which was amazing though only 17 authors would receive a prize.
Presently, I so much appreciate those who still give themselves time to come over to leave me a comment on my publications and for sure, I can never leave anyone's comment hanging. I would be right there to give my reply.
Moreover, the @blogging-team and I have also been busy planning on juicy initiatives that would come up for the coming months of this year, with collaborations with other communities. Asides from the initiative having juicy prizes, the goal of all my initiatives and contest always boil down to engagement.
I know that I might have achieved a little in encouraging authors to engage with each other but I believe we can still do more because I have seen the interaction between authors and the relationships that can be built in it.
Just as soon as the winners of the #my2021resolutions and #myhivegratitude contest is announced. @blogging-team would be kicking off another contest to yield more engagement between authors and as you all know as we do it, the most engaged author would earn the biggest prize.
Now I think this is an opportunity for me to throw a mini contest in my comment session below.

Aparte de que la iniciativa tiene premios jugosos, el objetivo de todas mis iniciativas y concursos siempre se reduce al compromiso.
Sé que podría haber logrado un poco alentar a los autores a interactuar entre sí, pero creo que aún podemos hacer más porque he visto la interacción entre los autores y las relaciones que se pueden construir en ella.
Tan pronto como se anuncien los ganadores del concurso #my2021resolutions y #myhivegratitude. @blogging-team iniciaría otro concurso para generar más participación entre los autores y, como todos saben, mientras lo hacemos, el autor más comprometido ganaría el premio más grande.
Ahora creo que esta es una oportunidad para lanzar un mini concurso en mi sesión de comentarios a continuación.

Not only that, if your guess comes close to one of my future initiatives but not my next initiative, then I give you a vote of $1 on one of your posts.
If your guess is a nice initiative that I haven't planned down before, then I would credit the contest to you if I make use of it.
And lastly, 3 authors who guesses nice initiatives gets 80% of my autovote for a month. That's about $0.2+ at least.

Lol.. If you think so, but the truth is @blogging-team have all the contest for 2021 planned down before we entered the month of December last year.
Getting to see the ideas of others and bringing it to possibility with also crediting them for it is also a more fun way to bring up contest and encourage engagement in the community.

3.- Un microensayo o un comentario personal.
Todo debe girar en torno al mismo tema.

1-Crear un pequeño cortometraje o microrelato fantasioso con relación a la plataforma de por lo menos de tres episodios, los cuales serán semanales con sus reglas y sus detalles de elaboración
2- Mejor anécdota sobre cómo le has explicado a tu abuelo, o a tu padre de edad avanzada como es estar en Hive y obtener recompensas en criptomonedas
3- Cuentanos tus primeras 5 metidas de pata en la plataforma, generalmente cosas un poco vergonzosas le ocurren a los principiantes

Esta comunidad es famosa por sus buenas iniciativas, y yo ya he participado en algunas, espero hacerlo más frecuente.
No soy muy activa por aquí, pero estas iniciativas me interesarían:
Mostrar tus historias de amor favoritas y cómo repercutieron en tu vida (ya sea libros, películas, series, etc). Porque se acerca San Valentin.
A qué lugares viajarías, o viajaste y qué aprendiste de ellos?
Una iniciativa para todos hacer power up al mismo tiempo, según lo que pueda cada quien. (No sé si eso ya existe, pero creo que es necesario). Y contar por qué razón personal quieres invertir en Hive.
A la expectativa de qué nos traerá @starstrings01 y el @blogging-team.

Yo pienso que el próximo concurso que iniciará @starstrings01 será uno relacionado con la interacción con los demás miembros de Hive, en el cual las personas deben apoyar la mayor cantidad de publicaciones dejando un comentario de valor y dando su voto.
Otra propuesta sería hacer un escrito relacionado con cualquier acontecimiento gracioso que hayamos vivido en donde pongamos a volar nuestra imaginación y creatividad en la redacción del texto.
Y como tercera propuesta sería hablar en una publicación en nuestro blog personal sobre el miembro de la comunidad que nos parezca que es un buen creador de contenido, esto como manera de apoyo y reconocimiento a ese miembro de la comunidad por su buen trabajo.
