[ESP/ENG] WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO HIVERS || PALABRA DE ALIENTO A LOS VIHERS

Today, I enter the 30th day of the blogging challenge which is to give a pep talk or better said as a word of encouragement.

Hoy, entro en el día 30 del desafío de blogs que es dar una charla o mejor dicho como una palabra de aliento.

My word of encouragement would be going to Hivers especially newbies in this platform. Below are the little points I want every newbie to keep in mind.

Mi palabra de aliento sería ir a Hivers especialmente a los novatos en esta plataforma. A continuación se muestran los pequeños puntos que quiero que cada novato tenga en cuenta.

1. FIND A PURPOSE: I know you definitely joined Hive because of the money, but I must say the money isn't just enough to keep you going but instead of that, it could let you give up if you keep your focus on it alone.

When I say find a purpose, what do I mean? It means find what you know you can do to contribute to the growth of Hive, or instead find a group that is passionate about Hive and work with them then that way you would have people who to help you out and keep you encouraged when you feel down.

Cuando digo encontrar un propósito, ¿qué quiero decir? Significa encontrar lo que sabes que puedes hacer para contribuir al crecimiento de Hive, o en su lugar encontrar un grupo que sea apasionado por Hive y trabajar con ellos entonces de esa manera tendrías personas que te ayudaran y te mantendrán animado cuando te sientas deprimido.

Presently if I ask myself, What's my purpose here? Aside from coming here to being a regular blogger, I have a purpose to helping and encouraging authors to keep up being active and blogging on this Hive more so, I put so much attention towards newbies. They are the ones who gets the least attention here and get easily discouraged. That's the purpose that drives me towards remaining active here.

En la actualidad, si me pregunto, ¿Cuál es mi propósito aquí? Aparte de venir aquí a ser un blogger regular, tengo el propósito de ayudar y animar a los autores a seguir siendo activo y blogueando en esta colmena más, pongo tanta atención hacia los novatos. Ellos son los que reciben la menor atención aquí y se desaniman fácilmente. Ese es el propósito que me impulsa a permanecer activo aquí.

2. BETTER DAYS AHEAD: This is a word I say so to myself each time things don't go my way. The truth is that it can never be always smooth here as there would be ups and down. There would be days when you would earn much in your publication and days when you won't but that shouldn't be the reason for you to stop.

2. MEJORES DIAS AHEAD: Esta es una palabra que me lo digo a mí mismo cada vez que las cosas no van a mi manera. La verdad es que nunca puede ser siempre suave aquí, ya que habría altibajos. Habría días en los que ganarías mucho en tu publicación y días en los que no lo harás, pero esa no debería ser la razón para que te detengas.

Most times when I do want to give up, I tell myself that if I give up now, then I have no chance towards attaining my dreams. So let thoughts of your dreams be the reason why you keep up being active.

La mayoría de las veces que quiero rendirme, me digo a mí mismo que si me rindo ahora, entonces no tengo ninguna oportunidad de alcanzar mis sueños. Así que deja que los pensamientos de tus sueños sean la razón por la que sigues siendo activo.

3. SET MONTHLY GOALS: This is one thing I have been doing for the 4-5 months. I set my goals for each month and work towards attaining them as they keep my head straight in what I should do. This goals keeps me active on Hive and works in line with my purpose. So if you are reading this, and you haven't began setting realistic monthly goals then you should.
