Привіт друзі. Знову є бажання поділитись думками. Цього разу хочу поділитись думками про те як теоретично можна мінімалізувати стреси від коливань крипто валютного ринку.

Hi friends. Again, there is a desire to share thoughts. This time I want to share my thoughts on how you can theoretically minimize the stress of cryptocurrency market fluctuations.

В світі крипто валют я з 2017 року. Майже весь час я займався тільки блогінгом, паралельно вивчаючи ті чи інші види заробітку в цьому унікальному світі. За цей час я застав періоди росту та падінь цінності тих чи інших активів. Найбільш болючими є спогади, коли STEEM коштував до 6 $, а я замість того, щоб продавати його та фіксувати прибуток, займався його активним накопиченням.

I have been in the world of cryptocurrencies since 2017. Almost all the time I was only blogging, while studying certain types of earnings in this unique world. During this time, I found periods of growth and decline in the value of certain assets. The most painful memories are when STEEM cost up to $ 6, and instead of selling it and recording profits, I was actively accumulating it.

Попрощатись з усіма інвестиціями (час, гроші, емоції і т.д.) і не розраховувати ні на який прибуток. Напевно, це найбільш дієвий спосіб уникнути стресу від коливань ціни. Якими б не були подальші коливання, нереально почати переживати через те, чого «ніби» немає. Головним мінусом такого підходу є своєрідна анти мотивація: «Який сенс, щось інвестувати (час, гроші, емоції і т.д.), якщо воно не буде мати ніякої цінності?».

Say goodbye to all investments (time, money, emotions, etc.) and do not count on any profit. This is probably the most effective way to avoid stress from price fluctuations. Whatever the further fluctuations, it is unrealistic to start worrying about what "as if" does not exist. The main disadvantage of this approach is a kind of anti-motivation: "What's the point of investing something (time, money, emotions, etc.), if it will have no value?".

Розглядати крипто валюту як довготривалу інвестицію. Я знаю та поважаю людей, яких можна сміливо вважати крипто ентузіастами. Вони свято вірять, що майбутнє за крипто валютами. І не зважаючи ні на які коливання, продовжують тримати вибрані токени. Хто знає, можливо саме ці люди в підсумку будуть праві. Хоча, така позиція дуже ризикована і може призвести до повної втрати інвестиційного капіталу.

Consider cryptocurrency as a long-term investment. I know and respect people who can be considered crypto enthusiasts. They believe that the future lies in cryptocurrencies. And despite any fluctuations, continue to hold the selected tokens. Who knows, maybe these people will end have right. Although, such a position is very risky and can lead to a complete loss of investment capital.

Розробити та дотримуватись власного алгоритму дій. Це своєрідний стрес менеджмент, коли на кожній непередбачуваний випадок (високий ріст чи глибоке падіння ціни). На прикладі криптоблогу – це своєрідний розподіл отриманої винагороди на декілька частин (ту, що будете зберігати, очікуючи подального чи конкретного (фіксованого) росту і ту що будете фіксувати у вигляді фіату чи стабкоїнів). Головним недоліком цього варіант є наша жадібність та страх, що перешкоджатимуть нам буди дисциплінованими і дотримуватись власного розробленого алгоритму дій.

Develop and follow your own algorithm of actions. This is a kind of stress management, when in every unforeseen event (high growth or deep price drop). On the example of a cryptoblog, it is a kind of division of the received reward into several parts (the one that you will keep waiting for distant or specific (fixed) growth and the one that you will fix in the form of fiat or stabcoins). The main disadvantage of this option is our greed and fear, which will prevent us from being disciplined and adhere to our own developed algorithm of actions.
