Here's another thing to understand, what is the most important thing in our lives. There is so much to do today that if I manage to do at least half of it, it will be a great result.

Інтенсивним видався ранок понеділка. Взагалі понеділок день ще той, а коли мова він припадає на початок місяця його інтенсивність виростає в рази… Хоча, це все суєта суєт, в якій ми тільки те і робимо, що відволікаємось від найголовнішого – … От би ще розібратись, що ж найголовніше в нашому житті. Сьогодні так багато можна зробити, що якщо я встигну виконати хоча б половину – це вже буде прекрасний результат.

In the daily rhythm of life, the presence of a mass of opportunities is no longer perceived as happiness, but as a burden that weighs us down with its burden of "lost opportunities". And how not to lose them? It is unrealistic to have time for everything. There will always be things for the fulfillment of which there will be both strength and desire, these things are almost impossible to "lose". Other things, for which there is always a lack of time and desire, and their implementation seems to be "suppressing" even pleasant not to perform, although this will be another "lost opportunity".

В повсякденному ритмі життя наявність маси можливостей уже сприймається не як щастя, а як тягар, що давить нас своїм тягарем «втрачених можливосте». А як їх не втратити? Встигнути все – нереально. Завжди будуть речі на виконання яких будуть і сили і бажання, цих речей «втратити» майже нереально. Інші ж справи, на які постійно не вистачає часу та бажання, а їх виконання ніби «подавлює» навіть приємно не виконувати, хоч це і буде ще одна «втрачена можливість».

There was a folk saying, "It is better to lose with a wise man than to find with a fool." It is difficult to say what is meant by these words. This saying, like most things in our lives, can be interpreted from many different sides. In this message, I cite it as confirmation that the possibility of "losing opportunities" (I am a master of tautologies) often falls out of our field of vision. I think in vain. In the ability to let go of opportunities without focusing on the fact that we have not used them, there is a natural, very strong, mechanism of psychological protection, ignoring which we "rape" ourselves.

Згадалась народна приказка, «краще з розумним втратити, ніж із дурнем знайти». Важко сказати, що саме мається на увазі в цих словах. Цю приказку, як і більшість речей в нашому житті можна трактувати з безлічі різник сторін. В цьому повідомленні я наводжу її, як підтвердження того, що можливість «втратити можливості» (я майстер тавтологій) часто взагалі випадає з нашого поля зору. Думаю, що даремно. В можливості відпускати можливості, не зациклюючись на тому, що ми їх не використали, закладено природний, дуже сильний, механізм психологічного захисту, ігноруючи який ми «ґвалтуємо» себе.
