La mayoría de personas me han catalogado como una persona muy seria, sin embargo, soy siempre de preferir las risas y el hacer reír a otros es algo que siempre me ha gustado muchísimo porque reír provoca que muchos músculos del cuerpo se movilicen y que el cerebro active la segregación de muchas hormonas que nos ayudan a aliviar el estrés, a ser más felices y más creativos, y este es el motivo por el cual el género de comedia romántica, en sí, es mi favorito pero sigue leyendo que te diré más al respecto.

Most people have labeled me as a very serious person, however, I always prefer laughter and making others laugh is something I have always loved because laughing makes many muscles in the body move and the brain activates the secretion of many hormones that help us relieve stress, be happier and more creative, and this is why the romantic comedy genre, itself, is my favorite but read on and I'll tell you more about it.

El motivo personal es realmente muy sencillo y expliqué un poco sobre el arriba, también en el titulo de la publicación. La risa hace que nuestro cerebro genero importantes hormonas que nos permiten tener un mayor funcionamiento, un estado de mayor confort, nos aleja un poco el estrés y nos mantiene hasta en un estado de felicidad que nos hace ver todo con otros ojos, como desde otro punto de vista. Todo esto sin alejarnos del tema principal y el que más nos gusta a todos que es EL AMOR. Oh sí, el amor, esa palabra de cuatro letras que implica muchas cosas y que muchos toman a la ligera y otros no tanto, estás películas de cierta forma, y de una menos infantil, nos hacen creer en eso que quizá hoy en día puede sentirse un poco falso debido al Internet, a la cuarentena, al confinamiento. Un ejemplo de ello podría ser una de mis películas favoritas "Como si fuera la primera vez", ¿acaso ustedes han conocido un caso en el que un hombre sea así de tierno y conquiste 50 veces (o más) a la misma mujer porque esta lo deje en la friendzone o simplemente al otro día olvide que lo conoció? The personal reason is really very simple and I explained a little about it above, also in the title of the publication. Laughter makes our brain generate important hormones that allow us to have a better functioning, a state of greater comfort, it takes away some stress and even keeps us in a state of happiness that makes us see everything with different eyes, as from another point of view. All this without moving away from the main topic and the one we all like the most, which is LOVE. Oh yes, love, that four-letter word that implies many things and that many take lightly and others not so much, these movies in a certain way, and in a less childish way, make us believe in that which perhaps nowadays can feel a little false due to the Internet, the quarantine, the confinement. An example of this could be one of my favorite movies "50 First Dates", have you ever known a case where a man is this tender and conquers 50 times (or more) the same woman because she leaves him in the friendzone or simply the next day forgets she met him?
