Leo as a witness although they keep using the tag and sound quite enthusiastic about the token. I don't know whether that is on purpose, they just don't know how or they don't care at all. I think all of those options are on the table.
It's mostly not knowing. It's a common thing among new users and users that have been here for months without actually studying beyond the blogging layer. Most can't be bothered to learn as they are happy with the money they are getting. People can support a program without actually believing in it out of convenience.
