Cool goals!
Being fiat debt free is amazing. I'm far from it, because I have debt for real estate, which is still a good debt for the moment, but it keeps me tight to my job that is the downside to it. Else every debt is bad.
Crypto shall pe the main powerhouse for everyone in here for the next year!

The property (and associated mortgage) is something that I think I have missed the boat on. It is good debt compared to everything else, but at this point in life, signing a 20 - 30 year mortgage is probably not the best move. Best just work on becoming crypto-rich and eventually buying a place outright. Haha, now that would be a dream come true.
