Rising Star - Completed 1000 Missions and received a random pack

I'm very glad to share with you all that I have successfully completed 1000 Missions in the Rising Star game and received a free pack. In this article, I'm going to write about my experience so far and share what I received by opening the pack.

A small recap

I guess I was a little late to the party. Unlike a few people who started playing this game early, I was too late and I joined only after the game got stabilized on Hive. I know a few friends who have been playing this game since Steem Engine days. I was unfortunate to not try this game when it was on Steem Engine. I was initially thinking that this game was only for people who have something to do with music and not for others.

Later when I started playing this game on Hive, that is when I realized that I was wrong. Ever since I started playing this game, I felt it was very interesting and I have been very consistent in playing this game. I also don't miss playing this even if I'm traveling. One good thing is that I can use my mobile phones to do missions as the game is also compatible with mobile browsers.

I have to be a little honest here. When I initially started this game, I thought the game wouldn't be very interesting because the graphics were not very great and the website also had a poor design. But then after continuously playing, the game proved to me that it is the mechanics of the game that makes it interesting more than the graphics and fancy elements in the website. I'm now actually happy with the current layout itself even though the UI can be improved a lot.

Opened the packs

I did not have any thoughts on the cards that I would receive. The last set of pack openings did not give me any luck. So, I was a bit skeptical before opening the pack. With all those mixed thoughts, I opened the pack I received from the game and received the following cards.

Though it was not a big surprise to me, Clive is a good card that gives good skills along with 4 Income modifiers which are very important. I'm quite happy with this pack opening. Two rare cards from the pack is definitely an interesting thing. 400 Skills in total is the most interesting thing that I see here.

Now is the good time to invest

I'm having some plans to invest a little bit in Starbits and purchase some packs. I might be doing this in the coming days. The main advantage we have right now is that we will be able to mint many cards for a cheap price. The price of starbits is usually pegged to 0.0005 Hive but right now the price is almost half and that's what gives a good opportunity.
