It's weird, it looks more like spam.

There was no practical need for this.

When issuing a postage stamp with this denomination, it was possible to limit the issue of one postage stamp, and not a whole series.

But, similar, I observed in other countries.

This is just a marketing ploy, the goal of which is to increase the sales of postage stamps.

Another thing is also interesting.

These postage stamps would be more interesting and more expensive if their creators took the trouble to name the breed of cats on the postage stamps.

But it seems that it was either a very urgent work, an urgent order, or the creators of postage stamps were too lazy to do nonsense, lol.
