Buying LEO with BLURT tokens | You can do the same

BLURT is a fork from STEEM and because of this all whom we have tokens at that moment we got same amount in the other blokchain. And as I am not a fun of BLURT nor I know much about it, but considering that the price of it is pretty decent to make the effort of transferring and selling them I decided to transact those for HIVE and than for LEO.

I've powered down my BLURT account and I got this week out of it 229.383 tokens which are valued at $4.82. The next move was to jump on the Hive-Engine market and exchange them at market value to 39.45 HIVE.

From that point on I move to the LEO market and exchange my HIVE to LEO. Seeing the conversion rate I would get around 25 LEO which just makes me feel sad about the HIVE low value and just being unappreciated, but happy enough for my LEO gaining. And you know what? It is my first time when I buy LEO as all the other earning so far were from content creation itself and some mining. Quite amazing given that I have reached about 2700 LEO Power.

I will be continuing to deplenish all my BLURT tokens and convert them into LEO. I will keep some sort of balance on it as I am keen to see how many LEO tokens I would get in the end from this transactions. It takes me just few minutes to do it all, thus if you had a consistent STEEM balance you should do the same and give you a free gift now that the holidays are approaching. You shouldn't leave any money on the table and considered that you spend quite few time and energy I would say that is is worth it.

Too bad I no longer have any BLURT tokens... I sold them all a couple of weeks ago. I have a friend though that has almost 1 million BLURT tokens in several accounts, but he is waiting to see if BLURT goes up.

Wow, 1 million BLURT would make over 20K USD. Probably it will continue to grow and you think about it that after a fork you can double your revenue is another amazing aspect of blockchains. Like we experimented with HIVE when we all powered down STEEM and bought in HIVE.

This may be a silly question... but do you know how I can send BLURT to Hive Engine, I tried but I haven't seen the option. I looked at one of my accounts and I have 200 BLURT left. I'll keep researching.

You send it to @blurtlink and you put in the memo your account (without the @). You need to leave a small amount in your Wallet as any BLURT transaction requires a fee (you can leave 0.1).

Yeah, it will take time though. Should've powered down immediately a long time ago, but I totally forgot about it.. 372 BLURT on the way though.

I haven't logged in to blurt but I powered down almost everything on Steem so I don't have what to sell. You might have purchased LEO at discount with that WLEO 2 just to be launched.

The fork took place when I was under a power down from STEEM, but that got me part of my stake from there. So maybe you should just take a look, it doesn't hurt to know for sure.

I delegated my blurt and I get around 850 per month I’m just stacking it for now waiting for a decent price to get out

Thanks, that reminds me, I should be all powered down by now. I think I have like 5000 tokens sitting in my wallet. I was hoping the price would get pumped after all the selling was over.

I still haven't started using the strategy that many are doing at the moment when creating a Blurt account.

It is always interesting to diversify your earnings to reinvest. Good choice you made.
