Splintershards has delivered and exceeded any expectation

Splintershards launched today and the first airdrops landed in players accounts. SPS, which is the official governance token for Splinterlands, is intended to involve the players in the evolution of the game and have a word in the features and direction where the game is headed and as well enjoy different benefits and promotions when new features or packs are launched. And to make it all better today the SPS has gained more than 110% in the past 24 hours and the price looks to hold on. If this will stay the same in the next days, we might see an amazing evolution for it.

This launched is a proof of the amazing future that Splinterlands has and what is to come. The SPS shows strong economics and beside a volcano of new players, I think that the community members pulled together and showed that this is the best PLAY2EARN blockchain game and one can make a financial future out of it. Just thinking of the many use cases (starting with Pancackes pools) that someone can earn with SPS, it blows my mind and shows the magnitude of this metaverse or crypto ecosystem. Let's see some ways to pile up some more SPS.

• Staking - this ensures that you earn SPS staking rewards, participate in governance, or participate in special offers, promotions, and bonuses available to SPS holders
• Ranked Battles - earn SPS based on the staked SPS on you or other players (another sweet twist to increase the applicability of ranking by betting on other players)

• Land Expansion - probably will earn some SPS for the land owners
• Tournament Prizes - will get both DEC and SPS
• Guild Brawls - which is hotter and hotter with new features and buildings each day

I don't know about you but these are some strong mechanics and economics for the future of Splinterlands metaverse and what is to come. Sure, you can hurry up on the market sell and get some money, but you might bet it ALL IN and be set for life. There are players making thousands of dollars per day from the SPS airdrops, so those might be set for life or even become millionaires. Myself I am a little bit behind from that :))), but for the amount of time and work (or fun) put into the game I am pretty satisfied with above $90 per day. I know that it can go down quite drastically if there is a big sellout, but as in other projects I am here for long and I think I will do good in the end.

I am not a good market analyst so I am eager to get your thoungs about where the SPS market might go, if DEC peg will come back to 1000 DEC = $1 or if the evolution of the game will push those to unexpected earnings. Nevertheless, being part of this blockchain game before it got launched gives me a sense of accomplishment that I got involved in a serious project that proved us all where devoted people with vision can take a game...
