Investing in Lagos State

The short time I've spent in Lagos has opened my eyes to a world of potential. I suddenly feel a surge of interest in investing in my society coursing through my body.

This city is indeed a land of opportunities. However, based on my evaluation, you'll only grow into a baller if you live an extremely boring minimalist lifestyle at the start or if you live outside the city.

Unlike other parts of the country, Lagos is a place that you can grow your business easily. In this context, easily depicts a situation where you have location, funding and logistics on lockdown.

In Kaduna for example, you could do everything perfectly and execute it only for some Muslim police to tell you that what you're selling is Haram, then proceed to destroy your shop. Kaduna is NOT a Muslim state, but the Muslims there assume it is.

This isn't a religious post, so stay with me. In Bayelsa, for example, where there are few Muslims, the hurdles you face come from absurdly expensive cost of living and low population that are largely broke, so they don't even offer much.

Lagos on the other hand, has no such problems. The city itself has some problems that range from crime, to thuggery. However, unlike other places, once you find a way to circumvent the problems and you do due diligence in the establishment of your business, you're dead certain to be a mega success.

I came here to chill and to experience a new place. In the process, my eyes have been opened to the huge potential that lies in the place.

I intend to work with my friend that lives in the city. I believe we can get something going. He's got the drive and mentality, all we need is funding and logistics.

I look around the city, and I understand why people call it the land of opportunities. There's nothing I can say that this city has in abundance, literally every venture is an opportunity to be successful. It is a place where you can tap into riches, as long as you do things properly. There are no in betweens here, do it well and reap the benefits.

I can relate, I just came back from Kaduna and I almost thought about setting something over there or even settling down there, but that same religious issue made me have a rethink.
Most times we are all looking for commercial places with positive outcome for our investments.

all the best mate for spotting a great opportunity there. I heard that Lagos is one of the crowded place in the world and for you to find that opportunity is awesome.
