HPUD: A plethora of powerups
I always get a little confused and I had it in my head that I was going to miss Hive power up day today. I guess because of the time difference across the globe I am used to seeing some people post their power up post on what would be the day before the 1st of the month here.
No big deal. I am powering up and I am writing a post this month, so that is all that matters. It is always my intent to keep some Hive liquid in case the price happens to go up. That never usually happens. As it sits there in my wallet I always convince myself that I can just make more, so it ends up getting moved to the Hive-Engine or powered up. As @tarazkp mentioned, it is a bit of an addiction (powering up).
The cool thing for us is thanks to the second layer community tokens, HPUD has taken on a much broader meaning. We are now adding so much additional value to our accounts beyond the base Hive power up. It is some really exciting stuff!
Kicking things off for HPUD, I made a nice juicy power up of 90 Hive to my account. That leaves me just about 2300 HP shy of hitting my 30K HP goal by the end of the year. If things continue like this I think I will be there with room to spare!
I think it is pretty cool that we can celebrate each others power ups. It is cool to see just as many congratulate someone who powered up 5 HP versus someone who powered up 50k. In the end we all win, so it is only right that we all celebrate together!
Moving along, thanks to the wonderful @cublife program (part of the @lbi-token), I am powering up 105 Leo today. I was pretty excited to see that just shy of 50 Leo tokens had been distributed to my account thanks to my investment in Cublife. I have a feeling once LBI starts paying out I am going to have a pretty decent flow of Leo coming into my account.
Plus my posing and engagement on the platform of course!
PoB wasn't left out of the powerups either. As you can see I added another 30 PoB to my stake. I have been powering up pretty much all of the PoB that I am earing. I think I might start selling a small portion of it as my rewards come in each week. I want to build out my portfolio a bit and quite honestly I also want to take advantage of the current popularity of the PoB token.
I won't bore you with the pictures, but I also plan on doing the following powerups today:
- 40 CINE tokens
- 10 STEM tokens
- 20 VIBES tokens
- 20 CTP tokens
There you have it. A pretty great HPUD for me. I hope that today is a good one for you as well!

Wow those are some nice power-ups. I did my power up and also set my monthly goals. But I went a little bit more conservative on my goals since I don't know when I might get busy again.

Yeah, that is probably smart. I am going to be away from my desktop quite a bit over the next several months and I am not sure how that is going to impact the plans I have set for myself. I could end up falling well behind where I am.

I just powered up what I had accumulated anyway this month. It all adds up anyway. There are a lot of accounts powering down and anything we can do to cancel that out is very welcome.

I was doing 50/50 on posts whilst the HBD price was high, but not be so worth it now. Will have to see how this month goes. I did get past 65k anyway :) Should make 70k by end of the year at this rate. Of course there's all the H-E tokens too. I know you are more strategic with them.
That is cool. I should look into changing around my distribution too I think. With everything going on that is something that I just tend to set and forget a lot of times.

WOW thats a lot of powerups, I am a slacker really only focusing on Hive and HBD I need to visit Hive Engine and check out the others you meantion
You probably have a ton of tokens that you don't even realize! You definitely need to hop over there. Even if you just sell it all and covert it to Hive to power up!
