Lol an overextended wallet and gut seems to be the struggle of many, cheap money and cheap food is an easy way to get sucked into bad habits that are heard to break

Yes, it is a real struggle.
It is sad to sometimes see overweight, and undernourished kids.
Must be crazy, we do have some obesity here, South Africans are or rather middle class ones are for sure getting fatter, but it looks like after this year we're all going to be on diets like it or not
