I get your frustration.
But, please understand that salaries in the free market are determined by the value your effort brings to the guy who buys it.
So, if many people watch this show, the production company will make a profit rendering the salaries you deem "high" as reasonable or even cheap.

yeah as i state i don't blame the production companies. these are businesses that want some profit so that's what they care at the end of the day. I blame us that we watch this kind of craps and uplifting people that are basically trash.
