After Onboarding Newbies, What Next?
It is apparent that the investment and reward activities of number of users of a crypto platform determines the price tag of its crypto. When we have many more investors ready to help others in the community, there will be evenly distribution of reward from its pool, but this can only be uniform if those supported are supporting others too. But before then, what next after you've succeeded onboarding a new member on the Leofinance platform?
Awareness about the leofinance platform is very paramount to the development and appreciation of value of the leo token. If we must grow, then we must be ready to help others grow as well. Those you're able to help grow today, might be your supporting pillar tommorow because life is in circle. No one is destined to remain at the level he is for life. We need a support mechanism that'll help grow the community and as a result, sky will definitely not be the limit, but the starting point of the leofinance community.
For us to achieve this level of advancement and liberty, we need to readdress this aspect of onboarding newbies on the leofinance platform properly. Do you know that some newbies are at the verge of quitting? When we go as far as marketing the Leofinance platform to many people out there either via social media platforms or by one on one conversation, we do that with a helping mindset, hoping to expand the network of the platform and net worth of the leo token. After we must have succeed on onboarding newbies what next is to engage them in contest and challenges specifically for newbies (This is as well similar to what #Theterminal on hive is built on). During this period they'll be made to undergo proper education on what the leofinance platform is all about, the aim and the vision of the platform, what kind of contents are welcome in the platform, avoiding plagiarism and rules of the community. All these should be defined. During the challenge, newbies should be encouraged with supports from various ends within the platform during these period as this will go a long way to encourage them to be an investor and do the same to others after them.
Most onboarded newbies on the hive blockchain do not know their left from right, they need to be properly guided regarding leo investment. Some may have the money to invest but never understand the procedure on how to go about that. So we need not leave them to their fate but properly guide them with love and attention. As a stakeholder, the power of the blockchain is in our hands, so lets utilize it applicably and work together with a uniform mindset of making the #leofinance community and the hive blockchain a desirable place for us all.
I want to use this medium to also appreciate the leadership of this community for the progress made in bringing this community to the level it is today.

I like your opinion, brother. It is very true that the people who are arriving new don't know anything about the ecosystem or even about blockchain as I did.
for that reason it is very necessary to give them guides so that they have what they have to do and mainly to help them to invest and to take out the maximum profit to hive and Leo.
