Thanks for this post @jongolson. Not many people understand this simple concept. If you keep on doing a thing every day, you will only get better and your chances of getting success increase.

Here's what you don't need....Millions of Leo or Hive power to do it!

You will get there if you show up every day. Even if you start from Zero. 😁

Exactly! When students marvel at my math skills, I tell them I'm not special--just been doing math for half a century. If they do math for 50 years, they will also get better at math. Same with writing blog posts, knitting, golf, etc.

That's a great advice @fiberfrau, your students must be very lucky to have you. The more you do, the more you learn.

Now I get it. That's why I am so bad at math :(

I always missed classes and no wonder I struggle with complex calculations now.

Yes. I am still learning, bit by bit. Don't need in-depth knowledge anyway.

I try to increase the range of my knowledge and skill set. Basic Math is definitely on my list. Especially to understand the compounding of my investments. lol.
