Lowering expenses and especially to make them lower than our income is always good advice, and you have listed some nice options, though quite a bit more can be done and still not compromise with a comfortable living standard, cook your own food for example, cost is less, taste and nutrition is better, or it will be with some practise, and you get to spend time with your family making it.
