I am still confused my brain doesnt understand why at 25% they would still be worth 100%?

If you adjust the multiplier to 4x then a 25% vote is now worth 100%. Our votes we get each day are 10 x 100% and when we vote with a 100% vote it uses 1 full vote . If you are voting on multiple tribes each day then one can make those 10 votes stretch out a lot further. If you voted 25% plus a 4 x multiplier in Leofinance and no other tribe then it makes no sense as you would just be chewing through your Leo vote voting power too quickly. This is to be used when you are having one account and voting in different tribes like CTP or POB for example.

Thank you for further explanation. We only get 10 votes per day on tribes? Or do you mean 10 at 100% then 10 at 99%? I suppose depending on their settings Hive-Engine tokens will have different features. I would like to understand these better.

No you get 10 x 100% votes per 24 hours which is roughly 20% of your VP and that is for Hive which includes all your tribes as everything is on Hive. This is why you need to use this vote multiplier if you aren't already as it saves on your Voting power.
