A Dive into $LEO Tokenomics and how to Grow LEO Stake in this Ecosystem (LEO&HODL Contest)

In most aspects crypto projects die & fails due to not providing utility and usecases but when it comes to this matter $LEO have that potential of becoming a Giant as Leofinance have it already and is focused on building a wall of Utility and usecases for the Leo Token and it's Community.


This topic will revolve around $Leo Tokenomics, staking features and mining possiblity, effects on Hive, ways to grow stake of Leo based on my own experience and perspective in simple words.

What is $Leo Token?

$LEO is a Layer 2 Token of Leofinance Community which have a Decentralized flow of exchange, distribution system for content creators.

We can earn $LEO by creating content about Finance using Leofinance frontend, doing Microblogging on Leothreads, can buy from Leo dex and also listed on some other Decentralized Exchanges outside hive.

$Leo Staking Features

Staking is a way to make Passive income and Leo unlocks this possibility in a modern way by Powering Up our Leo.

It brings more benefits like curation value which is a way to earn reward by simply curating content and the more LEO staked (LP) higher voting value, higher curation reward.

As of now I'm consistently staking $LEO for higher curation value and rewards.

Hive and Leo have some similarites and staking mechanism is one of common things.

No wonder why $Leo is still holding strong in bear market after all Tokenomics are working out.

More than 50% of total Leo supply is staked (LP), some of Leo's in Liquidity Pool on DEX like CubFinance earning yield and rest of liquid leo is more likely for LPUD or other use which is a small portion of total Supply.

Leo is sustainable cuz of constantly believe of Holders doing Power up, team coming up with new incentives like Buybacks.

How Leo Miners Work?

At first I thought Leo Miners are actually same like Bitcoin miners who have mining setups to mine bitcoin.

But that's not how it works with Leo Miners. It is way more user friendly and efficient than i thought.

Leo Miners is basically tokens LEOM and LEOMM having a fix supply of around 150K.

It is possible to Buy both of these tokens from LeoDex and the most unique thing I found is

By just simply staking LEOM, LEOMM we can earn mine Leo which is quite surprising to me cuz always heard mining is expensive but Leo made it way more cheap and environment friendly.

My strategies to Grow Leo Stake in This Ecosystem

In LeoVerse whole Ecosystem there's plenty of ways to Grow LEO stake and few of them I am more focused and strategies are here

Actively Making Engagement on LeoFinance, LeoThreads

Quality Engagement is way more worthy than my voting power and I personally do enjoy interacting with content creators in Leofinance cuz I'm not just getting reward for making engagement but also learning something about Finance.

Microblogging on Leothreads is another way to increase Leo Stake and Leo Curators do Curate threads more often and before this Christmas it will take a new turn which is going to be way much better in term of rewards.

Taking Part in Leo Power up Day (LPUD)

LPUD have a lot of Prizes in Leo Delegations for Lucky winners and I'm doing LPUD consistently to increase Leo Stake and increasing chances of becoming winner someday.

With those delegation for limited time of 3 weeks I will have higher vote value at least to curate content and 50/50 split of rewards in the end will turn out Good enough.

Delegating HP to @leo.voter

This is another Great way of growing Leo Stake by doing nothing other than delegating HP to mentioned one's.

Every 24 Hours leo.voter send LEO to those who delegated HP and APR is totally depend on hive power. The more HP it is delegated the more Leo you'll Get.

There's always a lot of Contest held in Leofinance community like this (LEO&HODL Contest) have rewards in LEO tokens for winners.

So, that's another way to Grow Leo stake while enjoying writing on new concept topic is always a good thing.

LEO price at 0.05 is so undervalued especially when there's a lot of Things are being developed and supposed to Go Live before end of year will bring more value.

When I saw this contest yesterday, i was so much afraid to start, reading this post have through more light to the topic. Just as you said, you explained it is a simple way for new person like me to understand it. I have 1,000,1 reason to be active in engaging in other author post here.my Challenge on leo thread is that i don't know how to drop my own link but I have started engaging.
