2021 Investment Goals - Progress report

With this account I want to show that it is possible to build an online business/investment portfolio without any fiat money invested at the start.

This year I want to keep growing, using what I’ve learned in the past year. By setting goals I also want to prevent myself from spreading myself too thin or focusing on inferior goals.

These are my goals:

• 10,000 CTP staked
  Goal reached!

• 2500 base sim income for my dcity
  I believe dcity is still the best passive income generator on the entire hive blockchain. I believe if I keep reinvesting my sim income it will be possible to reach this goal.

• 500 Leo power. The leofinance team are rolling out awesome updates constantly. I want to support that and take part in it.

• 1500 hive power
  I’ll set the rewards for my blogging to 100% hive power. So if I manage to get back into regularly posting blogs, then it should be a good goal.

My Big Hairy Audacious Goal:

• Road to dolphin (5000 Hive Power): 14,09%

Growth needed to reach goal by the end of the year:

• Hive Power: 22,72 per week
• Ctp stake: Goal reached!
• Leo stake: 9,57 per week
• Mpath: Goal
• Dhedge: 12,29 per week
• Bro: 0,33 per week
• Utopis: 0.27 per week
• Dcity base income: 37,03 per week

Since I have reached the CTP goal, I will start using 50% of my CTP rewards to fund my other goals. The remaining 50% will be powered up to keep increasing my CTP stake.

Last week was another example of the fact that the best way to support these goals is to create content on Hive. I do a lot of other things that help me accumulate crypto, like BCH on noise.cash, but I don’t convert that into Hive. I am just accumulating crypto in many places.

I am getting closer to 100.000 Starbits though and I think I will use those to get 12 card pack’s, after which I will put a lot of cards on the market. Time to take some profit.

For dcity I will have to see what works best for income growth now that finally the 3rd edition has launched. Very cool and complex update, so I will need some time to find out what is the most beneficial way to grow my dcity.

I am really happy though with the speed with which I have been accumulating UTOPIS, as these tokens give great liquid hive income. Which I move to hive-engine to buy more UTOPIS, BRO and LEO.

As Hive is currently priced the same as LEO, you can now often get LEO tokens for less than 1 Hive. I am taking this opportunity with both hands, as I don’t think that this will last very long.

POB (Proof of Brain) is a great new tribe token that quickly has become more valuable than Hive. I have decided to not go into accumulation mode for this token, but instead sell most of it for LEO and dividends tokens. I want to focus and am happy with what I can exchange these tokens for. It helps a lot that I know that especially LEO, UTOPIS and BRO are likely to rise in value.

For the moment I don’t buy as much DHEDGE as the dividends for DHEDGE are spread over a huuuge number of hive-engine tokens with tiny little drips. The APR is ok, but I hardly notice it for most of these tokens. Still, the price of DHEDGE is pretty low, so it might be good to get some now before prices go up.
