It does look interesting. I only discovered it thanks to @jongolson, who mentioned it in a recent post. Will be interesting to see how your experience pans out and if it would work for Spinvest funds.

There is a similar (non-crypto or blockchain) setup here in Australia that's been running for years. I always thought it would work better as a blockchain based tokenised thing, and RealT looks good. The yields are alot higher than what I would have expected from a property investment.

Congrats on becoming a landlord in the US property market mate, bet you didn't think you'd be a US property investor a few days ago. :-)

The ROI is high. Based on some rough numbers. I would get around 7% gross over here in the UK from rent against cpaital, before rates, insurance, tax, ect. It ould be closer to 3-4% net profit. Anyways, it could turn into something amazing.
