Did you leveraged arbitrage opportunities between Uniswap and other exchanges?

Uniswap creates high liquidity through their pool and the price gap between buying and selling is minimal. With high volume trading usually Uniswap prices get ahead from those on exchanges and create arbitrage opportunities. Thinking of it, one question comes to mind...

Did you leveraged arbitrage opportunities between Uniswap and other exchanges? What you needed to do to take a profit?
