How many upvotes should you give a day to optimize manual curation on LEO or HIVE?

Manual curation is one way of socializing on blockchains like Hive and those bring some returns as well. But once the Voting power decreases that might bring less and less curation rewards and won't have the desired effort for both those that are curated and the curators themselves. From here a question comes to mind...

How many upvotes should you give a day to optimize manual curation on LEO or HIVE?

10 upvotes per day, at 100%, if you want to fully recharge each day.
Lower percentage votes are worth less, but also allows you to vote on more content.
