Staying Constantly Innovative Amidst Relentless Competition

The creative tendency to be innovative can be really difficult especially when you look at the world and it feels like every possible ideas you may have are already in implemented, somewhere, somehow by another person.

I used to work in a firm where you get a raise in rank and raise in salary if you pass a pitch that can move the organisation forward, properly handle the funds allocated to you to put the pitch into motion make it a reality, tackle the challenges that comes with it quite efficiently and come out with results.

What the organisation would do is to make sure they give you money that wouldn't really be enough to project flawless success but then would expect you to project flawless success even without the odds being in your favour.

What does this teaches you? That firstly; in life, the times we'd be presented with"enough" resources to tackle our problems will be a whole lot lesser than when we wouldn't even have enough resources.

Management and coping skill is very important in the life of a person especially when we'd realise that there's always a time where we'd always be faced with handling and tackling scarcity. The economics of making top notch choices and forgoing some other, the danger and panic of having to be wrong and how the after effects often Influences our actions and decisions going forward.
..

In reality I learnt that the organisation wasn't being unfair, they were just weeding out people who wouldn't be productive even in unfavourable conditions. Normally, life can get unfavourable especially when we look at having to handle a real-time problem. Infact sometimes we undelibrately solve some of our biggest problems without even knowing how we did them but then sometimes we need to recognise our ability.

It's often uncertain to depend on impulse especially when they're not constant. We need deliberate plans and sustainable efforts, this will help one to get into the thick of things without having to rely on their subconscious abilities to solve problems.

The world is becoming more difficult, because of the competition. Sometimes we think of an innovative that would become a million dollar venture, but then someone, somehow, out there is already implementing these Innovations even better the you are. How then can you stand out and be different?

It's extraordinary difficult. In that organisation I worked in, I survived being sacked, but then I was sacked and then re-employed again. In my period of being sacked without a job for almost one year, I took the time reflecting on what I did wrong to deserve the sack, I found out that it was because I became surplus to requirements. Many others where improving themselves and bringing it to the table. But then I relaxed feeling that I had brought some Innovation to the table and hence I was immune.

What did this teach me about life?; That we will always tackle real-time issues no matter how previously successful we had been in the past. Because of how consistent we need to be sometimes we lose that creative spark making it difficult for us to be relevant and valuable.

No matter the external knowledge we come in contact with, how to apply it differently is what makes us or mars us. A lot of people would acquire knowlege but when these knowleges aren't relevant in tackling life issues, it doesn't make us marketable by any means.

The theoretical aspect of knowlege can blind us to the fact that putting this acquired knowleges into practicals can be really tricky. This is why we must be prepared, constantly making ourselves better by being in vogue and always current. Life will always come again and again, no matter how many times we've conquered in the past.

Well making ourselves better is obviously a good thing to do. At least people need to constantly improve whether it be in the money they invest or in themselves.

You're right about this, improvement at the same time can be a hurdle or a mountain to climb but it's necessary especially financially, it's essential. Thanks for dropping by.

We are always replaceable, but we are more valuable when we are harder to replace.
