Why Crypto Can Tackle Unfair Distribution In many Economically Inept African States

There are many factors that affects the certainty of a job and the health hazards that comes with doing that job itself is the major uncertainty, this would differ from geographical location as it isn't so with other places.

I stopped working in 2017 due to the fact that I have this niggling health condition, there was no guarantee that if I let's say take a week or two off in the hospital seldom, that I'll come back to the job, there were so many people who would do that same job for a ridiculously low amount, not that they would do it efficiently.

Firms would rather pay people who are not so qualified, simply because they want to save cost and even earn more profit. Another thing is that employment and competition for jobs now makes qualified people even lower their standard

making people who should be earning really well, earn meagerly and this is why big firms and private business owners will keep hording and creating scarcity of jobs in other to pay qualified people way lesser than they deserve, it's like playing dirty to even amass more money. I already knew this, and this is why I wouldn't say it was the promise of prospective wealth from crypto that made me do so.

The fact that having a job became the survival of the fittest made me felt I could have an alternative, I just wanted to pay my rents, feed and be able to save a little for emergencies.

In life, I felt that the way resources were distributed in a place like Nigeria was totally unfair, for example, to be a politician who earns billions legally or illegally from state funds, you only need a high school certificate but to be a clerk in a fairly big company earning $150 per month you might need more than a bachelor's degree.

This is totally misappropriate, another example is the restrictions of minimum wage on public workers and how inflation makes minimum wage, a modern day slave trade. Teachers for example in private sectors are so underpaid, it makes it difficult for them to even build another stream of income.

There wasn't that certainty for example to let's say teachers, there wasn't health benefits attached to it and there wasn't this promise of increment based on the fluctuation caused by inflation and the unsteadiness of the naira against the dollars, if this was so, people would experience weekly increment to their salaries.

These firms calculate their income in dollars but ties people's earnings to the instability of the naira, (Nigerian currency) which of course is the biggest scam to ever happen. This is of course rather unfair too, people are lucky to be paid not because they're not deserved but because the mode of distribution is flawed, political servants should be least paid, rather their excesses are unchecked.

For example, in Nigeria, it's difficult for a physically challenged person to get a job and this is because the competition makes it difficult for them to be considered. They make up a large population of the country, so even when they have degrees and have are qualified to earn four to five figures, they still would languish in need and wants.

It's why I love crypto, it's flexible and gives people a lot of opportunities. The power to create wealth might just come from someone who is futuristically innovative, and not only from someone who can beat competition to secure a top job. Africa needs Crypto and blockchain based projects more than other continents, and it continues to beg if Africa will not languish behind forever in the quest of adoption.

These are the same problems in USA, but different inflation in our economy.

Seems like the dollar can go further in Nigeria. But like you said 150 a month for a salary as a accredited person. Maybe a person can live off Hive easier in Nigeria?

Anyways, I understand about having chronic health issues. I hope you feel better.

But like you said 150 a month for a salary as a accredited person.

It was probably astonishing when you read that, but it's definitely the truth. Many are earning way worse than that for an 8 hours daily to 12 hours daily job. So it's almost a no brainer. Those jobs kills you slowly, only burning off your life slowly to buy the meal of the next day.

Its pretty much every big corporation now. Most of the corporate level managers and above just don't understand reality. I remember all those horror reports about Walmart or Gamestop experiences.

It's making it seem like being qualified don't provide solidity to employment anymore and it can be hurting. I feel it's only big cooperations in this part of the world that does this. I believe the ability to be the decider alone in this game is giving them too much monopoly

That's good if a few africans can make a few bucks on crypto to help them out but it's alot of africans and if crypto is helping like 5 africans that's hardly going to achieve anything. I'm shockingly surprised africans don't moreso support ubi coins if thats the case but also not just african nations but many developing nations etc.,

They don't seem to support them in the numbers they should and i don't understand how the problem gets solved then. I don't even know how many africans have access to internet and computers in that situation. Maybe there needs to be more crypto apps modified to smartphone devices etc., all i do know is seems like ubi would be in their best interest but they seemingly do very little to support ubi projects. now one theory i heard out of venezuela was that most of the crypto users are moreso the richer venezuelans and so they wouldn't have that need. I'm not sure if thats what's happening in africa as well it would make sense if it is as it wouldn't be helping most of the people on the ground just a few rich africans which is not a solution.

Many African countries are really more technologicalised than you may think of, however the Priorities are not focused on empowerment, it's more about oil wealth, land ownership, corrupt officials and mismanagement of funds. Africa is probably wealthier than many continents but greedy leaders has killed it. It's a pity, it's why I said Africa deserves Crypto adoption even more than other countries

yea i agree but the african people have to get more educated because many of these cryptos dont work well as currencies and i think the main issue is you need a stable reliable currency and one that can't be maniupulated unfortunately crypto is mostly that. i also can believe being outside of africa propaganda is strong about the development and our media generally only shows the worse of africa everyone poor in huts and no tv's no microwaves or anything. this is what they love to show. i know its alot of potential and opportunity in africa but africa has to do it with a currency i think crypto is all this defi get rich stuff is not what africa really needs in my opinion i would encourage you all to have a project like bitcoin myk.. and it doesn't even have to be bitcoin myk but if its something like that then it makes sense but crypto hasn't really solved any problems anywhere yet..i can't think of one country yet it has. its down in venezuela but the people still poor as ever.

I knew from a young age that working for a company or depending on a monthly salary was not a good life plan. As you say it is modern slavery, the only thing they don't do with people is beat them physically.

In my country the exact same thing happens, the companies charge in dollars but pay the employees in bolivars, and as the salary is 10 million bolivars a month which is $2 they offer many jobs but the salary does not go beyond that.

It is better to be in cryptocurrencies or do some business on your own, you earn more and it is more profitable.

and as the salary is 10 million bolivars a month which is $2 they offer many jobs but the salary does not go beyond that.

This is totally ridiculous if you ask me. I basically feel that that's a total gimmick to enslave people, I mean the currency is messed up for one and how come inflation has hit it rather hard and bad that it totally feels broken.
It's better for one to own their business or means of earning privately. Even investing little in crypto brings better prospects than such jobs, couldn't believe it'll be terrible somewhere else.

As they say, everything is an upside-down world. A rotten and unjust world, good thing it will soon be over.

It's true, even investing in CUB $10 a week I have better results in a month than working for someone.
