What is LeoBacked Investments? - @lbi-token

in LeoFinance3 months ago

Hello and welcome to this 1st proper introduction post to the Leo Community from LeoBacked Investments. In this post, I will go over a few basics of what LBI is and what it will become. Think of this post as the blurb of a book, we'll look at alot of different things but not go into full detail because subjects such token distribution, fund governance etc will require full posts.

image.png

What is LBI?

The LeoBacked Investment (LBI) token is the first of it's kind, the 1st token to be valued completely in LEO. Each LBI token represents a percentage ownership in the overall fund including all LEO, HIVE, off-chain and wallets operated by @lbi-token. The goal is to provide a community based and ran investment vehicle focused primarily on the LeoFinance community and LEO token. We will provide a weekly LEO dividend payment to all token holders whilst also increasing the value of the LBI token slowly but consistently over the long term by only investing into things that will stand the test of time. Long term we hope that by staking 100,000+ LEO from future token sales will to help remove some liquid LEO from HE wallets thus adding scarcity to the LEO token price.

Big claims, I know...

Down to business

First off, I will introduce myself. My name is @silverstackeruk, SSUK is good if you're ever chatting with me. I am probably best known if known at all for creating @spinvest which has been a roaring success from launch 20 months ago. Im fully committed to SPinvest and the evidence is on the blockchain. I will be overseeing this project and it will have my full attention. I am very interested in seeing how this turns out based on the feedback so far and I have the highest hopes this is will be a success. I try to keep things simple and transparent, I find people like that. If you ever have any questions, want a chat about LBI or another SPinvest token, I am on Discord daily and my door is open.

image.png

- How LBI will be issued
LBI tokens are backed by and priced in LEO, they will only be issued for LEO. All tokens sales will be done manually by sending any amount of LEO tokens to @lbi-token (not yet, calm your jets). As LBI are hive-engine tokens, people are free to exchange them in HIVE but beware that only buying LBI token directly from @lbi-token will increase the fund.
.
Why only LEO? Because it's a LEO fund and every token is backed by at least 1 staked LEO. As an example, LEO is currently 1.50 HIVE and we issue someone 1000 LBI tokens for 1500 HIVE and then the price of LEO jumps 20% to 1.80 HIVE. Im sure you can see the problem because 1500 HIVE will not buy 1000 LEO tokens if the price jumps resulting in LBI tokens not being backed by 1 LEO. I understand it sounds very caveman but it's the way it has to be to ensure all LBI tokens are backed by at least 1 staked LEO. Im very anal about this as it's the projects USP.

- How many LBI's will be issued?
Ok, so I have created 1 million of these tokens based on the fact that we can always burn unneeded ones but we cant create more. The target was 100,000 but from feedback and hearing that some people were even unstaking LEO to buy LBI has me thinking it's possible we can issue more and aim for 250,000. The plan will be to hard-cap this token by the start of 2022 or before. We might are might not have a wrapped version by then but it's about 4-6 months to early to talk about that. The LBI token will be hard-capped but you'll have around a year to get involved.

- What happens on day 1? (7th Dec)
A post will be released from this account to let you fine people know that LBI's tokens are for sale. People should have to wait too longer than 12 hours to receive LBI tokens but I have the day booked off work (yes, i have normal person job) so I'll be online most of the day. All LEO tokens received will be staked to the @lbi-token account and we start earning from day 1.

image.png

- How do we make money?
We will make money in lots of ways but to start off for the first few months, we will do it the old fashioned way by grinding out good content and curating. After we have a few months of earnings behind us and have a small army of LEO miners and mega miners we will turn our attention toward the wLEO liquidy pooling. We start slow and build the foundation of a solid fund that will provide consistent LEO incomes and then and only then will we look into outside investments for income if desired.

- How do you make money?
As an LBI token holder, you are a part-owner in the fund and any profit made by LBI will be part yours. You will receive a cut of all earnings and your LBI token holding will increase in LEO value.
.
As an example using easy numbers. There are 10,000 LBI tokens issued meaning @lbi-token will have 10,000 LEO staked to its account. You own 1000 tokens giving you 10% ownership of supply. In the first week, we make 1000 LEO. 50% is paid to token holders as a weekly dividend, 40% is reinvested into LBI and 10% goes to SPinvest's @spinvest-leo account to be staked. After the first week, you would receive a 50 LEO dividend and your LBI tokens would each be worth 1.04 LEO. Let me show you.
.
50% of 1000 LEO is 500 LEO, you own 10% of supply = 50 LEO
40% of 1000 LEO is 400 LEO, 10,000 staked LEO plus 400 = 10,400 LEO divided by 10,000 tokens is 1.04.

- You need to cash out and get access to your funds
We understand that sometimes poo hits the fan and people might need to cash out their tokens. We also understand the pain of trying to cash out everything worth more than $10 on hive-engine so we offer liquidity to token holders in the form of a 95% buyback. This means we will buy back your tokens for 95% of their LEO value. We fund these buybacks with LEO holdings from the fund. It'll take some time for us to build up liquid balances are have access to larger amounts LEO faster but fingers crossed no LBI whale decides to cash out within the first 6-12 months. SPinvests biggest cashout to date is $4996, from being asked for the buyback price to transaction complete in a few hours, quicker than the bank. I do have to note, we were holding 10k tether at the time which made it very easy but the proof in the pudding (blockchain) they say. LBI buyback offer will start 3-6 months after launch.

image.png

These subjects are things that will 100% have other posts dedicated to them. How we earn LEO, what we invest into, what sort of content we produce will be ever-changing. The things below are the foundations that will either never change or very rarely change.

- Fund Governance
LBI tokens holders will hold governance and ownership over the fund. LBI's fund's will be under SPinvest's management. SPinvest does not hold any governance weight are ownership over the LBI fund.

Governance voting can be done by post to include, making investments, changing the rules, etc. Token holder voting weights are not yet finalized but will be based on token holding scaled-down for bigger token holders. In a nutshell, whales dont carry all the governance power so someone that owns 10% of the fund might have a governance voting weight of 5% were as someone with 1% of the fund might have a 1.5% governance vote. This helps to empower the 99% and makes it harder for whales to manipulate the fund model/structure.

- Token distribution
80% of tokens will be issued for public sale and 20% will be reserved for the team to be rewarded on a fund performance-related basis. The 80% public sale explains itself, the 20% team fund needs more detail.

From past experience with other projects, content producers are the core team. They are the face of the project, the ones that are putting the information out there, the ones that treat the project as their own baby and understand their words and actions can have an effect on others savings. I think these people that are yet to step up should be rewarded when the fund performs well. Content, believe it or not, will be the driving force that gets our wheels rolling in terms of earnings. Even now content drives around 50% of SPI's weekly HIVE week earnings. Our content team will need to be incentivized to produce a post a day for us and a good post as well. Content is super important not only for producing an income but also for relating information to token holders, gathering feedback and just straight promotion as well. People like consistency and we like to offer it.

One thing I can say with certainty is that content team rewards will not be pre-issued, they'll have to work for them but with a small team of 3-4, someone could have the potential to own 5% of the supply if all targets are hit. The plan is to have all team tokens issued but the time LBI tokens are worth 5 LEO each so it's something that requires a multi-year commitment. I stopped posting from my personal and gave up all my HIVE/LEO earnings to ensure SPinvest succeded, we need that level of commitment from a content team. Im not saying dont post from your personal account but if it's your day to upload and you dont and I see you upload from your personal, we'll have problems. The theory is by the time we hit all the targets, we will have a 5 LEO LBI token price and have other passive income streams that will make us less dependent on content earnings plus a 5% stake will/might be enough to keep someone incentivised based on their dividends payments.

Content producers will receive rewarded LBI tokens when token price targets are hit like 2 LEO, 3 LEO as the LBI token price is a reflection of the total fund value. The result will something like, the LBI token price hits 2.00 LEO in say 2 years and the team gets rewarded 2% of the 20% content team reward fund. The result would be a new LBI token price of 1.96 LEO. You as an investor will gain a lot more than you lose if you bought in for 1 LEO and it would only take a few weeks to get us back over 2 LEO again.

image.png

FYI - I had played with an excel sheet looking at maybe sharing post rewards with authors 50/50, 70/30 but it turns out its much better long term to give away 20% of tokens once compared to 50%/30% of post payouts forever. By the time all 20% is issued, we will have built up enough good passive incomes so that posting will become less important for earnings. I dont like the idea of cutting our income in half in the beginning while building the foundations. I understand 20% is a lot but if the LBI price does not go up, 0% of that 20% will be released and based on the example above, rewards paid out, in the beginning, would be peanuts. Im thinking long term, not 2-3 years, im thinking 10-15 years down the road. I dont plan to get rich quick, I plan to build something worth something tangible.
.
Again, a full post will be uploaded about this

- Allocation for earnings
I would suggest that we hold off on paying out any Leo dividends until the new year begins. This will give is a few weeks to flex our muscles and build up a nice wallet full of staked LEO's. The start with, we will follow @taskmaster4450's curation trail. He manually upvotes and he is currently LeoFinances top commenter and maybe a top 5-10 earner as well. He has lots of clout within the LeoFinance community and this will be an excellent starting point for us.
.
In the beginning, it is very simple. We produce content and curate. All earning's after dividends are paid will be fed into LEO miners and mega miners until we have enough. This might take 2 months, it might take 6 months but increasing our weekly LEO earnings is the foundation of what we are doing here. By the time this time comes round, we will have issued tens of thousands of LBI tokens and we will be ready to look into wLEO. But in the beginning, its a 1-2-3 plan. Earn from curation and posting, buy miners, rinse and repeat. It's boring but it'll work.

image.png

Thank you for reading this post and showing an interest in LBI tokens. I hope you now have a little more insight into how this fund will be funded, how will be produce earners and how we will grow the fund after the long term. I understand you might still have alot of questions to ask and things might not make perfect sense but in time as content is released everything will just click together and you'll see the bigger picture. If you have any questions feel free to ask below and i will get back to you as soon as i can.

Sort:

A couple or 3 things stand out, that should not be "written in stone" yet.

  1. Hard-capped within a YEAR... We voted to hard-cap SPI because token sales had flatlined. I like the fact that 1,000,000 is again the GOAL but if sales are still pretty brisk in that first year, why drop the hardcap below a million? Should be a community voting thing, we'll for sure know more in 6-9 months anyway.
  2. Capping at 250k (see above) and I thought SPI had the "club charter" because that was the cleanest and easiest way to keep everything LEGAL and clutter free.
    Which brings me to...
  3. Sending 10% (or anything) to SPInvest LEO, unless SPI-LEO is also serving LBI. Mixing the 2 clubs might be a no-no, and should also be part of a club charter or not. FWIW.

Other than these relatively minor points, it's Great!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

1/ Hard capped does not mean not available, its already hard capped to 1 million. We could issue 350k token in the first year and cap it 500k. People love something that has a limited supply but like you say, 6-9 months could change the whole game.

2/ We'll see if we can issue 250k first, im down to issue 1 million, hell im down to 5 million. I'd delete this token, create a new LBI token with 5 million mintage and airdrop everyone there new tokens back with 4 million left to issue.

3/ spinvest-leo will not be serving LBI but SPinvest will be the asset holder. What if we hold ETH and it bounces 40% in 1 day, would we have time to do a vote on that to decide if we should sell some are not? When people are needing to cash out and LBI has no liquid funds, a 0% short term loan might come in handy from SPinvest. I think my fund management is worth 10% when I see other project operators taking 20% directly from token sales with nothing to offer. You know me and how anal I am. You've seen how consistent everything flows with content, earnings and doing what I say I can do. I dont BS, make excuses and try to be as transparent as I can. I think that's worth 10% and SPI tokens holders will get the benefit from it, not me.

The 2 projects are separate. SPinvest has 2 tokens, SPI and EDS. LBI is on its own in terms of ownership, think of it like Tesla and SpaceX, 2 different companies, same CEO.

Im seeing people have really high hopes for this but it will not get the HIVE airdrop as SPI did are have the chance to buy BTC at $9k are ETH for $320. With that said, curation earning percentages are twice as much as leasing HP on HIVE so who knows?

FYI, sorry if i sound sharp, just home from work and got soaked on the way home, bad night for a bike, lol.

"Admin Fee" is fine, it's not in the original post or I missed it! Sounds Fair! AND the way I read it (in another comment you answered) the 10% comes out of earnings only, Correct?

👍 we have the makings of a very well laid plan, so far! I see nothing to dissuade me from jumping in... 🏊‍♂️

No worries, I ask bluntly and love direct answers! SAVES TIME! As for the soaking, have a hot-toddy and a blunt, you'll feel reet really soon!

PS: #1 and #2 looks good

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thank man,

and yep, 10% is from LEO earning only. So wLEO, ETH and everything off platform can compound down.

There's alot i need to share but i feel like I've wrote it all already for SPI so i get confussed and overlook things. lol

Yes, Very Good!
I had a few ppl ask some things about LBI on a post I made, and my default answer is basically "look at SPI for most things" for likely answers.

So this all looks very good, kinda like SPI 2.0 with a better underlying asset. I'm Stoked!

If it's anything like SBI it will be a great project.

One thing I'm curious about though . . . I've watched 2 different videos this week where they did an anlyasis of returns from Leo Miners and both concluded that it was no longer a good investment.

Obviously you disagree with that and I'm wondering why. 😁

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Miners are a good choice depending upon the price. Need to work out the return to determine the price which they are profible.

It is not a buy the miners at any price idea since that would cause a loss (or a deficit that takes forever to mine out of).

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Ah. I see. I didn't think about the price being negotiable. But since this a Leo connected project that makes sense. I thought there was probably something like that behind it. Thanks for the explanation! 😊

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I would suggest that we hold off on paying out any Leo dividends until the new year begins.

I can live with that, and look forward to what the price will be in Jan. 2022.

Good feedback, thank you.

We will be getting div's from these for years so a few weeks at the start makes no difference.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That and every year we will have one more thing to celebrate on New years.

Sounds amazing so we have a year to keep buying LBI unless they are all sold out. I am hoping to add weekly after my initial investment as I like the long term thinking and was worried they would be all gone. This makes perfect sense and happy you are doing this and providing this type of opportunity to everyone.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes. It is not a one and done situation. At any point in time, LEO can be sent to the LBI account and you will get LBI dropped into your HE account later in the day (it is done manually so it could take some time).

This will allow people to keep building their stake as funds become available. Some might want to start slowly, dipping their toe in, and then find the returns are great and buying some more.

Of course, when the dividends are paid out, some might opt to use them each week to buy more LBI.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I am more than happy with that and honestly will be reinvesting the rewards as it adds to the pace of the account growing. This type of thinking I am comfortable with as 10 years suite me fine right now. Wish I was younger but this is another part of the pension scheme on steroids.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Get rich slowly is the motto of SPInvest and it could equally apply to LBI.

These are long term concepts where returns grow over time. Of course, we are in crypto so it is possible for things to go crazy. SPI had outsized returns. In the first year, the token value (not price but value backed by assets) increased 80%. Not a bad one year return.

We still have about 4 months left in year 2 but SPI is likely to surpass that return by a wide margin.

We are already over a 4x return in 20 months. Try to find that in the bond market.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

All projects under SPinvest are long term, get rich projects :) It's our niche

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Wait until you see what I write about SPI and LBI. I have to decide whether to make it one of my LEO posts or the SPI post for the week.

Since its only Tuesady, I have a could days to decide.

It is Tuesday isn't it?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Can't wait to read that post ...

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

With the rate you write your posts, it does not even matter if its Wednesday :D:P LBI token is interesting. One of the many tentacles of the Leofinance ecosystem.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

They are spreading. This is the first Leofinance project that is not being done by the Leofinance team. It is outside of the main ones who were driving LEO thus far.

That is how an ecosystem expands.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Perfect first feedback. Im always nervous about what questions im gonna get, lol.

We have 1 million max and that's too many, 1 million is a big number. The price should not increase so much while issuing, it'll increase but slowly giving plenty of chance to make it part of a saving routine. After we hard cap the token, the price will increase quicker :)

Thank you for your feedback and support.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Will the LBI´s be tradable somewhere? Like SPIs on Leodex.

Yes, after they are in your wallet, you will be able to trade them on LeoDex for hivep but they will only be issued for LEO sent to @lbi-token.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes. The LEO is sent to the LBI account and the LBI is manually sent to the HE account. This is a direct sale.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

So theoretically one can grab some at Leodex in case someone sells them there.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The 20% rewards/payments by results allocation for people contributing time to the project sounds a great way to help make it sustainable. Very exciting to see this venture!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes looking forward to it,

Thanks for dropping by and leaving some feedback:)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Very excited for this to happen. When I first invested in SPInvest 20 months ago I had no idea what I was doing or what it was all about. It turned out to be a very good investment for me. I am a little more savvy now, not a whole lot but some :), and I plan to try and up my investment in LBI by about 5x what it is in SPI. I may even go beyond that if certain IRL fiat situations straighten out for me.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yea, your an SPI OG so you know what the score is. This project will be a little different as we got the HIVE airdrop with SPI so this might be a little slower but the model is the same.

Great to have your support. Im looking at selling all my Splintercards to get some LEO, lol. Im FOMOing myself. lol

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

SPI is now serving as a successful proof of concept. The fact that people now have a model to look at which shows what is going to take place is very helpful. It also enables people to understand something that is otherwise abstract.

I expect the 100K level to be hit fairly quickly.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Worst case scenario: the person holding keys to the LBI account and off chain investments like BTC gets abducted by aliens and ends up being the featured attraction in a zoo on Zebulon Eridani 3.

What then?

baaa-hahahaha. I might get hit by a bus :)

Someone else will hold the account keys and details to access better off-chain investments. Not right away but after a few months. I already have someone in mind but need to ask them first.

I would hope they would abduct females as well..being locked up with women sounds ok to me, hahaha

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Never had any problems with SPI, and this was addressed early on.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

This all sounds very exciting to me. I was never involved in SPI nor even knew what it was about, although I was already around on Steem when it launched back then. I am now in a much better position to actually invest into a project like this with my LEO holdings and I am already buying more LEO every day for that.

What kind of investments are you looking for to make LBI generate passive income, besides posting on LEO itself and buying its miners? Other tribe tokens? Hive? Hive Games like Splinterlands and dCity? Steem? Other cryptos? DEFI? Precious metals via backed crypto assets? Stocks? Go with the flow?

Regarding the ownership of the LBI account, will there be a team on multiple continents holding the keys in a trust account or two guys living in Philadelphia like Splinterlands? How would this project survive a potential World War (people tend to say we would have others problems then but planning long term should look beyond that as well)?

What qualities are you looking for in terms of content team? Are there other ways to get involved, besides content creation and buying LBI?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

righto, you have a few questions, let me try my best to answer them for you.

The investments we would be going into apart of LEO related stuff will be pretty much everything you named above. Games will prob be one the first things we look into but as for completely non HIVE assets, i have to be honest and say, we'll go with the flow. Markets cycles take a long time and that's going to be our flow. Any off-platform investments will only be into time served are things with a proven history and if possible on a platform that has been regulated.

Your next questions asks about fund ownership. The private keys for lbi-token will be shared. Im gonna ask someone that's a LEO higher up but they might say no. My back up plan is to split each key into 3/4 pieces and share those 3/4 pieces will 3/4 different people. Should i get hit by a bus, token holders will have access to their funds.

We've got 3 people for the content already so maybe 1 more, I find smaller groups work well together and we'll produce more idea's and mini-projects compared to a bigger group were 1 person people are normally in charge. As for other ways, sky is the limit!! Whatever you can think of. I said we'll be looking into games but we'll need players. LBI can fund the money required and the profits would be on the profit split between LBI and player. Another person could do curation for 5-8 non LEO tribes, again on a profit split. Someone else could set and maintain a discord server, are run weekly LBI groups buys from there personal account. There's lots of stuff need doing :) Think whats missing from LBI? think of a way to get that and then act on it.

Thanks for your questions :) I sat down with 5 minutes to answer questions but yours stucked mt in, lol

Answered from the wrong account, sorry.

Thank you for patiently answering my questions, this has helped a lot. I am now even more excited. ;-)

.... and 10% goes to SPinvest's @spinvest-leo account to be staked.

Is this can be seen as a fixed fee to the management team, i.e. for your service? Or LBI stakeholders somehow will benefit from this 10% part too?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Hello,

Yes this could be seen as a fixed fee for managing assets. The benefit of this to LBI token holders will be having a team looking after its investments should that mean buying/selling are holding. In crypto, markets move fast as you are aware and we will not always have the time to gather feedback by governance vote before an opportunity comes and goes.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

If I got it right, the purchase of LBI will be available by direct sending LEO to LBI, and there will be NO LBI tokens owned by LBI on the Leodex (Hive ENging) market? Only if someone decides to sell their tokens?

The project sounds exciting and will try to not stake all my LEO in the next few days/weeks... :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The tokens are a direct sale so the only ones are Hive-Engine will be the ones individual people put for sale up there.

Once the level of the total is reached, be it 100K or 250K, whichever the community decides, then the rest will be burned.

Then the only way to get LBI is on HE (or Leodex).

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

That's exactly as I thought it will be... and the best solution to keep things neat and clean!

Thanks for the clarification!

Hey, I wrote about LBI some time ago. I don't want to miss out on it.

Will SPI buy LBI? 😂

You will not miss out, lots fo time to get involved my friend.

Dziękuję Ci

Do you bake polish bread?
I used to live in England for some time in mid 2000. On my visit last year I noticed that bakeries were offering polish bread everywhere.

Wow, this sounds pretty awesome. What should I be doing right now to prepare for this?

Okay thanks! Sounds like a plan!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Sounds like a winner, I should have enough to start with a thousand by the 7th.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Damn, everyone is going in heavy. When we launched SPI, people said they would buy 10-20, this time around with LBI, people for committing thousands.

I should have asked for the pay rise, baaa-hahaha

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

The best part is that it takes Leo off the market, If I could buy LBI with Fiat I would get a bunch more! Hint!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I remember sending some fiat via paypal for SPI way back when (would do it for LBI also). It was my first time investing any fiat in crypto. Not sure if that will happen again though, it seems like the LBI team may be kind of busy with regular orders. :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I would love to do that, I could then get a bunch more and be able to stake my LEO that I'm saving for it.

Why I see this post now? The follow button must have not worked the first time. From the start, I wanted to be involved with 1% or 1000 LBI to begin. If it is increasing to 250k, than will be purely motivation to reach 2.5k

Off topic on this phrase:

A post will be released from this account to let you fine people know that LBI's tokens are for sale.

When reading it, something in my mind turned to a perfect British accent. :)

Hey, yes the plan was to go with 100k but im seeing some big players interested and thinking 250k will be doable. Owning 1% is nice target to aim for, after that you can just sit on it :)

and off topic
Im from Northern Ireland so have a rough accent, lol

Ohh boy, at the company where I work, we have a production facility and an office in Coleraine :)
Yes, the accent is rough, fully with you :)

This is good for me. Investing is my line. I can't do posting a blog always due to my personal job in my own Gym.

Hey team, just caught up to this and I've seen silverstacker around although don't think we ever spoke! I was trying to get my head around the whole thing but just wanted to make sure I get it (I've read the article twice and my day job is a total mind bender at the moment):

  • There'll be an announcement about when the lbi tokens go on sale
  • You send LEO to @lbi-token after the announcement (once it's open)
  • You get 1 LBI for 1 LEO sent
  • Long term, you get a weekly payout in Leo tokens depending on how many LBI you have plus a little bit from the percentages you mentioned?

Will there be a dedicated site to indicate the LBI investments and how something like a rich list? Looks like another great project to invest in either way. Thanks and look forward to its release.
