This was my worst Hive power up day since I started doing them. I powered up about 31 Hive is all this month and I got to put the blame on Splinterlands. lol I have been buying cards feeding this addiction and trying to grow my deck so it didn't leave much left for today.

I totally understand you. It's difficult to resist Splinterlands lol. Our hive can buy quite a lot of cards there :-)

I won’t be powering anything up this month. I haven’t had much time to write new articles, and have been selling some of my Hive to increase my Splinterlands collection, and diversify into other projects on the chain. !LUV

The curse of high valued HIVE... :) When the price is high, it's so hard to click on that PowerUp button :)

I still do not have a significant amount of Hive. Therefore, I do not earn that much at the moment and I generally power up several times throughout the month to take advantage of what little I have earned. Plus, I tend to split my liquid Hive between powering up and converting to SWAP.HIVE. Unfortunately, this only leave me about 5 Hive to power up today.

I haven't taken part in PUD in a long time. Since this is the last one of the year, and due to my end of year goals, I think I will power up 20-30 HIVE. Later, if I have time and remember. And if the market looks good haha!

I've already powered up about 180 HIVE this morning. I'm looking to buy some more and power it up as well but I still think it will come back down a little this week so I'm waiting. I would like to get at least 2-3k more powered up before the airdrops and I think I need to do it sooner than later, but, like I said, I'm hoping there will be a better buying opportunity in the next few days as last week's powerdowns come loose. The price didn't really spike until Wed/Thurs last week so I'm assuming there will have been a catalyst for some of those powerdowns and they will probably be looking to sell in the next couple days.

That's my plan anyway. We'll see what happens.

I don't know the real reason for the HIVE pump (except Splinterlands fever... lol...), but it looks that many people think like you about the future airdrop and powering up because of that...

Congratulations on your Power Up!

Powered up another 2500 last night. Missed the cutoff for the HPUD but...got a better price by waiting. I'm still looking to buy some more but I'll try and cost average in if it comes lower....

Well, I have some buy orders down the line if the price eventually goes south... Not in a hurry, so no problems... ;)

Congrats on 2.5K power up! That's huuuuuuuge!

Getting there. :-) I've got a ways to go before I get into your category though...lol

It all counts, though. And it adds up surprisingly quickly if you're consistent.

I plan on powering up 25 HIVE today (maybe in an hour or so). I also powered up 25 HIVE the last few months and even though HIVE price is up, I don't see any point in changing this.

Powering up routine is the way to go... As you said, why change it?

The price of Hive has gotten a little high... which makes it tempting to spend on Splinterlands cards :D Maybe 5 liquid Hive that I've had kicking around and not moved into Hive-Engine yet :D

I think that most people have a problem with that... lol... So many temptations out there... :)

I started regularly last August with Power Up, usually about 100-200 Hive, the most I did was 1000 Hive in March or April this year (I think, I don't feel like looking for proof right now), but today only 15 Hives (I need to buy few Rising Star cards 😁 with rest). 😎 12th HPUD this year

hehehehe... NFTs are ruining the HivePUD... I have also calculated where to spend my HIVE... Guilty! :)

Well... nothing. I powered up around 500 Hive recently, but I'd like to keep some liquid Hive as well, for small opportunities that arise from time to time.

500 HIVE is a very nice amount and keeping some liquid HIVE is always a wise option... ;)

Yep, FOMO-ing about the airdrops, lol. But I still plan to increase my Hive stake regardless, because I'm lagging behind.

I was able to power up 12 hive not much but it is the most that I was able to save since most of my rewards are powered up on a daily basis. I converted HBD throughout the month so that I would have enough.

I actually powered up a bunch of Hive over the weekend. I had gotten it with an ETH swap I made and I was nervous about leaving it liquid until today. I finally made the move to change my restoration account but that will be another month before it is complete. I dragged my feet on that because I was so far from anything meaningful in my account until now.

A restoration account is a very important part of keeping your account safe and powering up your HIVE keeps hackers away... :)

Yeah, and I am kind of security conscious if not bordering on obsessive. The only reason it took me so long to do it is because I felt funny about asking anyone. I didn't know how much responsibility was involved for them. Thanks, Zoltan! Have a great day! 😀

I didn't power up HIVE, rather I powered up $107 worth of hive-engine tokens.
