Skippie News: Have you bought your meme's yet?

Good morning everyone I trust that you are all safe and well and had a wonderful weekend. It has been a busy period over the weekend with some movement made and Skippy holders have increased to 32 wallets which is decent for only being operational for two days.

I thought I would provide some news on what is currently being planned on and what has occurred throughout the past few days.

A NEW FORM OF NFT MARKET PLACE (Development)

One of the things currently being played with is the ability to mint NFT's to ANY network. A large barrier faced in the NFT space is the inability to sell to multiple art collectors. So we're currently experimenting with a code that enables the purchaser to select the chain they want the NFT on doing away with bridges and opening artists up to more cash flow.

Included will also be the ability to sell actual products expanding on the current closed market of NFTs. In Australia it is legal to purchase items with crypto currency and enabling store holders to sell a variety of items will greatly benefit retailers.

I am also currently investigating having a fiat entry point for store holders so they are not just limited to accepting crypto but can maintain their business operations in a fully customisable store (it is a big job with lots of barriers at current so don't wait up for its launch).

It's still early days and I don't expect many people to be taking the project on board but it is still worth the try and I have put the feelers out to see if we can get access to any of the big exchanges. If we do then that could potentially open the market up and it would stream line a lot of the work.

One thing I have done is paid for advertising on dapp.com which will showcase us to a lot more people and hopefully drive some interest in our meme.

I did hear back from Coinspot whom have not said they will list the token but will add it to the for consideration list. fingers crossed we can get a listing. I am doubtful of it as we are only a low cap meme token with sales occurring and not a lot of interest but who knows what will happen over the next few days.

In case you missed it we did manage to provide $850 donation to Zoos Victoria which best aligns with what I had envisioned and that was to support projects currently operating breeding programs to repopulate the 3 billion animals whom lost their lives. You can read more about their work here

In a time where we need to be spending money on development I chose to make a donation with part of the money raised to date in the event the project doesn't progress. We can at least say we contributed something to what our aim was, it would have been an expensive way to raise $850 but if we do kick off $850 is not a lot of cash.
