Youtube became a great educational tool for the crypto space. Me and most of you probably spend countless hours watching videos so that we can better understand the cryptoverse. I learned about Steem back in the day because of a random youtube video I watched in 2018. You have to be careful with which YouTubers you decide to listen to because some of them just want to scam you.

Crypto become one of the hottest topics on youtube when the market was exploding so naturally, we saw a flock of YouTubers jumping on the crypto train and making content about it. Each one using a specific niche. These are my recommendations for each category and some YouTubers to stay away from at the end.

Mining content

I'm no expert on mining but I do watch a couple of videos about it to be better educated about the possible returns and what it is all about. I don't mine and I'm not going to, ever. The electricity prices in my country are high and my current living condition doesn't allow me to use anymore extra space in my house. To be honest, I find mining videos entertaining, in fact, everything related to passive income is pretty entertaining to me.

Crypto news

I scroll through cointelegraph every morning when I wake up just to look at the titles and read the ones that seem interesting. It's a habit that I developed over the past few years but I actually prefer to have a Youtuber reading the news and relaying the most important information to me, instead of wasting my time.

For this category, I listen both to InvestAnswers (One of my favorite channels) and altcoin Daily.

General Crypto information

Coin Bureau is the best crypto channel on youtube at the moment. His videos are very informative and completely transparent. The host is one of the most well-informed people regarding a multitude of different subjects: cryptos, governments, exchanges, mining, technical analysis.
He also provides very strong arguments and analyses for all his claims. By far the most complete crypto channel I've ever seen. No FOMO no FUD, just pure information.

His thumbnails are a little clickbait but I'm willing to forgive him for that since he delivers such good content.

Technical analysis

I'm done with T.A. and I'm not wasting one more minute looking at graphs to predict the short-term price of any coin. I will be holding my crypto for the foreseeable future so there's no point looking at price action on a daily or weekly basis.
I used to watch Benjamin Cowen's channel. Not sure if he's the best channel when it comes to Technical analysis because as I mentioned, I'm not a trader.

The FUD spreaders

This kind of YouTuber chased the Bitcoin hater's views. FUD spreading videos announcing the death of Bitcoin every other week: The tether bomb, china ban, and every other piece of bad news under the sun no matter if it was real or not. I've mentioned TeachLead before but he's the champion when it comes to FUD so naturally, he had to be my prime example.
