I thought monthly mini festival is better.

Then we can do HIVE Independence Day annually on 20th March every year

How big will the festival be?

The problem with monthly is people start to take it for granted. When things are too often, they lose their "scarcity" appeal.

On a quarterly basis, it is like must see tv; have to attend.

Just some thoughts.

I will announce first HIVETwitter Festival on March 20th 2021 ( Or Jan 2nd 2021)

Actually I got another idea which probably will help to build the momentum towards our quarterly HIVETwitter Festival

Quarterly seems like a good idea. Monthly would be too often in my opinion.
