Buy to rent splinterlands series.

The plan.

The plan is simple. Using my alt account I will rent out the full deck constantly. It takes up less time than trying to play the game. Using that rental income I will keep buying up cards multiple times a week. From this I will try to build a rental income of 10,000 DEC daily which is a living wage at these prices.

My starting point is

Revenue from rentals (filterable): 1,670.891 DEC/day out of 1,863.170 DEC/day listed // 37.08% yearly ROA

Going forward, I will keep adding to my collection. A few times a week I will be buying gold, epic, and beta cards for the rental market.

The higher my income gets. The better the purchases. This will be a regular post going forward to keep up to date with my collection and hope it is adding up. There is no point in buying cheap or low CP cards as it takes too many that need to be tracked, organized and maintained. More expensive cards with a big demand and less work is the goal.

I will be doing this, every time that my DEC adds up enough to purchase a card that i want.

To start with I will be buying mostly new gold chaos reward cards as prices are too high for most others. This will hopefully change in the future but will start here for now.

Adding two more cards to my rental deck.

Today was a double purchase for 4,451 DEC or $49.50

Naga Assassin

Chaos reward.
Rare - Dragon monster.
Price - $22.99
Rental price - 5.7 DEC
Returns at 109.8%

Anything returning over 100% is brilliant and the reason why I am adding more high value cards for this instead of lots of smaller ones. /that and it gets too much to keep track of the whole lot.

Venari Crystalsmith

Chaos reward.
Rare - Life monster.
Price - $26.45
Rental price - 5.6 DEC
Returns at 81%

This is the second one of these in a row and it is a great card for the future and worth adding to the deck.

So not renting out the little card i have means am losing dec rewards daily.

10k dec daily is a very nice passive income to achieve, best of luck with that.

Only if you don't need the cards. I am buying these just for rent but i already have a strong deck to play with.

I am just reinvesting the profits to build up more income. If i had a small deck i would build it first to compete at silver or gold and earn more rewards. That is where i was for the past couple of years.

This is phase two.

Oh okay
I'm planning on getting new cards for battle just not sure I can buy my way up to silver with my portfolio.

Preparing for chaos legion and see how many cards I can get my hands on. Untamed seems to be too expensive rn.

Prices will drop once the chaos legion packs can be opened. A lot of player who bought hundreds of packs will try to offload the cards quick to buy more packs so it should be easier. The main reason that prices are so high right now is that there have been no new cards in almost a year.

Keep playing and earning DEC. Keep an eye on good deals in the market and

It sure is a struggle to decide. I do think the Venari Crystalsmith is a great choice of card but I am a little skeptical about the Naga Assassin. Of course if you can get it cheap when someone just wants it sold then it might be a good choice then. I just don't see as many people using that card.

There are are few people who swear by it - very low mana battles, fast and backfire, a couple of misses on that can make ALL the difference!

Speed wins games. It can often be the difference between to similar decks if you can make the first kill.

Changes the whole battle.

I love those low mana cards, especially with speed. They decide so many more battles than the big legendary ones.

I think they are great additions to the deck and it's good to have a big mix of both types.

Of course I will buy anything that's going cheap. Happy to hold long term. 😁

Yea I think those with utility are always better and even if you can't rent them, they are good for your normal gameplay.
