Earning on noise.cash. A week of engagement.

Noise.cash - Short form engagement.

image.png

Noise.cash is a social media site that is funded by tipping in the form of Bitcoin Cash (BCH). The tips are funded by the DEV team and limited per day.

At the moment there is some algorithm that decided how the tips are distributed based on people liking the content and your reputation on the site.

In the beginning I wasn't very consistent on the site and didn't get that many followers or likes. The more time that I spend on the site however, the more that I like it. The site is very simple to look at but has a few nice features and is a great way for people to start earning crypto without needing to learn much about it.

  • Easy onboarding
  • Easy to set up a wallet.
  • All starting form the same position.
  • No stake needed.
  • Web2 feel.
  • Short fun content.
  • Active userbase
  • No downvotes.

The site has a lot going for it and is easy to jump into.

Is it worth it?

We all like to earn from our online activity and noise is no different.

So how much can you make on the site?

I cleared my wallet last week and set a challenge to be active on the site over the week and see what comes out of it.

I did post a lot more often and engaged with more accounts to see what is possible on the site.

0.0029 BCH or $17.05 on todays prices.

Not bad for a weeks work and a few posts.

Especially for people starting with zero stake or zero knowledge of the site and crypto.

There is obviously a huge advantage coming form hive as we have an established community and a lot of the votes that I did receive were based on relationships built up over the past three years and usernames that i have often come across on the different apps here.

Then the algorithm plays a large part based on your previous activity on the site and account ratings.

If you were to start from scratch this might not be as lucrative but over time it could get there as well.

Just like here connections is the key.
Do notice that they payout is slightly dropping.

That's good going for your first week. It takes time to build up those connections like everywhere else.

I remember how long it took me to earn $6 on steem back in the day when i started out.

Since I started posting once a day last week in the photography channel I made $15.32 for 7 posts. Not sure how long it will last as the changes seem to be pretty constant there. Definitely the best I have done since joining 4 months ago. :)

That's great going. The rewards seem to be going to the real users now since their last changes which suits all of us content creators here on hive.

We are all well used to voting and reward pools.

With the recent change of how tips work (or don't) I've had a massive boost in earnings.

Same as. I think that any genuine users have done very well from the changes. We have a rep from our actions so can give and get better tips with that.

It's worked out nicely for me too.

It will take some time to get followers but you will be recognized in the hive and leo channels straight away so it wont take long.

Noise.cash is pretty good for earning some Bitcoin cash I mean it's one of the few that actually pays you to post content you can't really go wrong with that. Some of the people on there are rather sus though lol. So tired of the crazies that come out spamming just to make a quick cent.

It's a quick and fun way to stack. To be honest most of my feed are hive users anyway so there is a bit of fun in it. Lots of spam but that is everywhere. It will probably improve over time.

I personally haven't bothered since I saw all the drama on changing the way tips works. For the most part, I would rather just comment on my free time on Hive/Leo instead.

It's actually worked out a lot better in my opinion. Tips are based on reputation and actions. Less spam and more engagement.

It's worked out well for me anyway since the changes.

I have now joined Noise, but, I am failing to post photos. Do you know how do post photos??

Can you follow people?? I see you can subscribe to channels, but I don't see how to tag posts??

Is there a tutorial somewhere to learn?

Thanks for the info!!

I currently earn $28 weekly. Everything is based on the number of followers you have and of course quality publications. (I have 999 followers)

Those are some good numbers.

Everything is relative and most of my earnings come on hive but i do enjoy noise.cash as a quicker more simple way to be active in the crypto world.

Engagement is everything which i have seen on any of the platforms that i use. Growing a following, building a brand and being consistent are the most important things that lead to success over time.

Yes, those are the secrets to emerge. You invested here in hive I imagine to have that amount of HP.
I would like to talk to you in discord, could you give me your username to write to you? I have some questions to ask you about splinterlands.

I bought a little but not much. Most of it was earned from hustling the markets, flipping splinterlands cards, selling hive engine tokens.

Once you are here for a while it all adds up. I just kept stacking over the years.
