Good morning Amigos, how is everything hope all is well. I want to share with you matters arising from this part of the world and I want you guys to do well by contributing to the matter on board. I woke up yesterday morning after running around and done with chores around the house I decided to fund my LUNO wallet only for me to be told that my transaction was denied. them not even knowing that cryptocurrency alone can grant job to many citizens and even help federal government fun the 2021 budget.

I tried it several times still tells me the same thing, I was curious so i asked a friend he told me that it was because of the law Nigerian government have put in place that has made it happen. I asked what law he said they have warned all banks to stop shut down all accounts that is linked to digital currency exchanges, and of those who have accounts linked to digital money transaction. And so I was not allowed to make deposit in my wallet, now I kept asking myself what the reason was for them to take such action I am still yet to know.

Immediately after the covid-19 lockdown in Nigeria so many citizens became aware of the digital currency and its really saving life’s, whatever they do won’t work. For the fact that cryptocurrency is a digital money that no one can control even China has tried but failed, you can imagine how much VISA alone has gotten from the transactions made by citizens, now them stopping us from carrying out transactions via VISA or Flutter wave is going to be a big loss for the companies.

Do they even know that Nigeria is the second largest cryptocurrency market in the world? I can’t as well imagine the amount Binance, Luno and remitttano make every year. For me I think the federal government of Nigeria only succeeded in rendering Nigerian banks useless, as far as blockchain, digital assets and cryptocurrencies are concerned it is very sad. Now in the early years of internet, cryptocurrency was predicted.

Today we have it but many still don’t want to be in the reality of how disruptive blockchain technology is. No worries at all whatever my unfair government says, money is an agreement and no one can stop cryptocurrency. But am glad I can still shop online with my crypto money one door closes another one opens. Please share your thoughts and views with me on the comments section. Thanks for reading. #wewantourcryptoback

The alleged ban has only succeeded in publicizing crypto. Keep earning your crypto in the most decent of ways like creating content. Peer-to-peer trading would retain its value. SOon, big merchants would start getting crypto for goods and services.

Anytime they try to fold up the crypto world, I feel so sorry for them because they always end up publicising more about crypto even better than those involved in the crypto exchange.

It is funny because I still have hope and trust that they can't ban crypto exchange not anytime soon no matter how hard they try.

haha you are absolutely correct crypto has come and is not leaving anytime soon. it has come to stay they must get use to it. sooner or latter they will have to reverse what they put in to law today. keep calm.
