Welcome to my CTP weekly stats report. It is compiled for everyone interested in the development of CTP Talk and CTP token, so please continue to read for your weekly stats dosage.

Summary


I’ll start with a summary of the market stats and key performance indicators on one slide for week 20. In the sections after, I will provide further details for each of these numbers.

The report is divided in the following sections:

Daily posts and earnings on CTP Talk


The first section contains the daily posts and earnings in week 20. During this week, 483 (-7.5%) unique authors published 1,718 (-11.2%) posts and generated 21,732 CTP in earnings. The first chart below presents the number of posts published per day.

The second chart shows the earnings these posts have generated per day.

From the end of last year the number of unique authors (posting daily) increased from around 100 to 225 by mid of March. Since then it has remained flat with some daily fluctuations.

The number of daily posts has increased with 6 posts weekly, and touches now almost 300 posts.

Top CTP Talk post authors and earners


The next two charts present the top post authors and earners in week 20.

The TOP 3 CTP authors with the highest number of posts were @readthisplease (19), @harpreetjanda (18) and @cranium (18).

Furthermore, the TOP 3 CTP post earners were @jongolson (1,254 CTP), @ph1102 (742 CTP) and @liotes (640 CTP).

New, active and total post authors

In week 20 we had 34 new authors on CTP Talk.

I would like to welcome @deivisperez, @genepop, @chicaestelarr, @zartisht, @hive-world, @artofadamada, @generra-abraham, @atarahfeyy, @writing.group, @becourious, @espandorr, @profeyris7, @guada6901, @hive-117778, @obaimole, @ty4utoyin, @lexiws, @natbyk, @valeryc, @lapacodo, @shariarahammad, @refa, @kenechukwu97, @turpsy, @vispayoung, @jorge234nv, @fabianadiaz28, @rosemariam, @supriya.gupta, @felipejoys, @dr-mandell, @nazzyvic, @nahupuku and @jitu023 to the CTP tribe, having published their first post during this week.

Looking at the overall trend, the number of new authors is further increasing with 0.2 authors weekly. As a result, the total number of CTP Talk authors has now reached 2,064.

The 14-days retention rate (which provides an indication of CTP Swarm engagement, interest, and loyalty) has reached 620 authors, which is close to the highest number since CTP Talk started.

Daily comments and earnings


This week we had in total 12,907 comments, which is 10% less than last week.

On the other hand the upvote value increased to 2,464 CTP. This is a similar number as last week. In the chart below you can clearly see a jump in the last 2 weeks. Let's see how this develops in the coming period.

CTP Talk frontend utilisation


In the sections above I have highlighted the posts and comments generated using the CTP tag. These posts and comments could have been entered using many different frontends. When we specifically look at the CTP Talk frontend, 704 posts and comments were published in week 20, which is 5% less as compared to last week but still much more than previous months.

The Top 3 authors were @king.sports (11 posts), @hirohurl (4 posts) and @amr.ctp (3 posts).

The Top 3 comment posters were @harpreetjanda (153 comments), @alente (78 comments) and @jfang003 (69 comments).

The two graphs below present the TOP 10 post and comment authors.

CTP on Hive-Engine

The following charts present the development of the CTP token on Hive-Engine.

The first chart provides an overview of the total CTP supply, the number of tokens staked, liquid and burned.

In week to 23 May, the total CTP supply increased with 58,285 CTP to 3,312,450 CTP. The number of tokens staked went up to 2,939,288 CTP or 91.1% of the total number in circulation. Finally, 1,920 CTP were burned.

The total amount of CTP in circulation is held by 3,388 (+1.5%) account holders, which is steadily increasing.

The next chart presents the Top 20 CTP holders. During this week @clicktrackprofit moved to position #1 from #3. Furthermore there was a shuffle of accounts from position #16 to #20.

The following chart displays the CTP price development and trading volume on Hive-Engine. In week 20 the total trading volume was 28,683 CTP, a 43% increase as compared to last week.

Staked and unstaked CTP Tokens

In the chart below you can find the number of staked and unstaked CTP tokens on daily basis. When the bar is green (positive), more tokens have been staked than unstaked daily and vice versa when the bar is red, more tokens have been unstaked daily. In week 20, a total of 61,425 tokens net have been staked, which was more than twice the number in the previous week.

The TOP 3 accounts with the highest number of staked tokens during week 20 were @edkarnie (3000 CTP), @elianaicgomes (2000 CTP) and @cryptoeater (1986 CTP).

Market Capitalisation

The final chart of this report highlights the CTP Market Capitalisation development. On 23th of May the CTP Market Capitalisation was $67k USD.
