“The caterpillar and The butterfly" EN|SP

"A third of us work and pay taxes, another third work but do not pay and the final third do not work"

We want everything to change, but that we remain being the same. We want, at the same time, that this change be rapid and definitive. We want to raise subsidies and lower spending. Lower taxes and increase spending. Take credits and lower the deficit. Lower spending and raise spending. And many more things in that style.

«The Caterpillar and The Butterfly»

The caterpillar is a prisoner of the streets that conceived her.

Her only job is to eat and consume everything she find in her surroundings, in order to protect herself from this mad city where she lives.

In the measure she is consuming her environment, the caterpillar begins to notice and discover new ways to survive.

One thing she noticed and has discovered is how much the world shuns her, but praises the butterfly.

The butterfly represents the talent, the thoughtfulness and the beauty within the caterpillar.

But having a harsh outlook on life, the caterpillar sees the butterfly as weak and figures out a way to take advantage and pimp her to her own benefits.

Already surrounded by this mad city where she inhabit, the caterpillar goes to work on the cocoon which institutionalizes her.

Once inside, she can no longer see past her own thoughts.

She’s trapped.

When trapped inside these walls certain ideas take roots, such as going home and bringing back new concepts to this mad city she inhabited.

The result?

Wings begin to emerge, breaking the cycle of feeling stagnant.

Finally free, the butterfly sheds light on situations that the caterpillar never considered before, ending the internal struggle.

Although the butterfly and caterpillar are completely different, they are one and the same.
