What is the exact relationship between CTP and CTPSB?
“Authorized” by the CTP tribe? A spin-off? Merely similarly named?

The CTPSB account is a community project. It's a tokenized hive account that belongs to the community. Every CTPSB token holder owns a part of the hive-power of the account. The objective of the account is to support the community by providing upvotes and help everybody grow. I have created this project and am running it. @jongolson the owner of CTP is one of the biggest token holders and also one of the biggest delegators to the project.
