It will be very much dependent on scope of Leoinfra and upcoming projects too. If it can create some other usecase (like wLeo) ,then not every Leo will be staked.
More usecase will generate more value.

A little patience. I will say if team is following the roadmap and idea looks good, keep holding for long term will be the good strategy.
