Do you think you can work online?

Everyone wants a convenient way to earn money, some of us are not built for the 9-5 lifestyle. While some of us are , that’s the honest truth. If you don’t have the potentials, you don’t. You have the potentials to do anything you put your mind to but not everything. Not everybody can do everything.

Working online means you need to be versatile in tech. And if you are the type that doesn’t like anything online, am sorry online job is not for you. If you have skills like baking, cooking, teaching or any craft skill, you can focus on that. If at the sight of computer or technology you get exhausted, you love analog and offline activities, then look for jobs in those aspects.

If you are tech person that is conversant with computers and tech stuff but you are impatient, then there is a problem. If you lack the patience to learn anything new, make research or start small and scale up, working online isn’t your calling. Working online requires lots of patience and learning because the internet is big world. You can’t know it all online. If you are patient, you will find yourself growing gradually and before you know it you start making money online while you sleep.

But if you are patient, know how to use the computer perfectly well, but you love your office job and you are not ready to sacrifice time to do your online job but at the same time you need more income. Then you need to negotiate with your employer for more pay or a better working condition. You can still search for other jobs with better pay. If you are great at your job and you know your worth, then ask for better pay, or better working conditions.
