When I go to the market for a piece of meat for barbecue, as a rule, I go to time-tested sellers who sell quality and fresh product.

I know them, and they know me, I will trust their advice if necessary.

But, sometimes, I come to the market and do not see these sellers, someone got sick, someone is experiencing financial difficulties and cannot pay the rent of a trading place, and someone, simply, took a day off.
