Resistance to change is a feeling that we have probably all experienced at some time, this post today is inspired by the case of a friend who from what I have noticed although she can grow professionally with the goodness of Blockchain resists understanding the ecosystem.

I believe that not all technologies have a massive adoption and that in the Blockchain adoption curve we are not yet at the level where everyone is using it, we are still few who are building in the ecosystem. This graph is from 2019, according to that study conducted at the enterprise level, it is estimated that by 2025 Blockchain will be a mainstream technology.
Increased adoption
However, applications such as NFTs are accelerating part of the process, we continually see influencers and celebrities entering the ecosystem and the momentum at the artistic level has grown.
I particularly consider that knowledge should be acquired when you want it, I learned that if someone has the need to learn they are going to ask, I continuously receive messages on my Instagram and I try to answer everyone and clarify their doubts.
The approach that has been given to Blockchain directly related to cryptocurrencies make not notice all the added value that the ecosystem has, so much so that many people associate the success of a project with the value of its currency, even without understanding the process of building and consolidating projects and its various stages.
Final words
If you ask me what is one of my biggest focuses right now is to learn more about Blockchain from a business point of view and as a solution provider beyond and including cryptocurrencies. I have an immense amount of books to read to better understand the origin of society and the development of financial systems, but I still recognize that right now the Blockchain system is complex and not everyone has the willingness or need to learn.
There are many projects focused on making this process easier, including clickblock which I am currently working on. But one tree does not cast a shadow, which is why I am so glad that there are so many educational projects enriching the ecosystem and bringing education to people.

La resistencia al cambio es una sensación que probablemente todos hemos experimentado alguna vez, este post de hoy es inspirado en el caso de una amiga que por lo que he notado aunque puede crecer profesionalmente con las bondades de la Blockchain se resiste a comprender el ecosistema.
Creo que no todas las tecnologías tienen una adopción masiva y que en la curva de adopción de Blockchain aún no estamos en el nivel en el que todos la usan, seguimos siendo pocos los que estamos construyendo en el ecosistema. Esta gráfica es del 2019, según ese estudio realizado a nivel empresarial, se estima que para el 2025 Blockchain sea una tecnología convencional.
Aumento de la adopción
Sin embargo, aplicaciones como los NFT estan acelerando parte del proceso, vemos continumente personas influencers y famosas ingresando al ecosistema y el impulso a nivel artistico ha crecido.
Particularmente considero que el conocimiento debe ser adquirido cuando se desee, aprendí que si alguien tiene la necesdad de aprender lo va a preguntar, continuamente recibo mensajes en mi instagram y trato de responder a todos y aclarar sus dudas.
El enfoque que se ha dado a Blockchain relacionado drectamente a las criptomonedas hacen que no se note todo el valor agregado que tiene el ecosistema, tanto así que muchas personas asocian el éxito de un proyecto con el valor de su moneda, aún sin comprender el proceso de la construcción y consolidación de proyectos y sus diversas etapas.

Si me preguntan cual es uno de mis mayores enfoques en este momento es aprender más de Blockchain desde el punto de vista empresarial y como proveedor de soluciones más allá de las criptomonedas e inclusive. Tengo una inmensa cantidad de libros por leer para comprender mejor el origen de la sociedad y el desarrollo de los sistemas financieros; pero aún así reconozco que en este momento el sistema Bockchain es complejo y no tadas las personas tienen la disposición ni la necesidad de aprender.
Hay mucho proyectos enfocados en hacer que esto proceso sea más fácil, incluyendo clicblock en el que estoy trabajando actualmente. Pero un solo árbol no hace sombra, por eso me alegra enormemente que hayan tantos proyectos educativos enriquesiendo el ecosistema y llevando educación a las personas.
