SEC Denies Holding Bitcoin and Ethereum Documents in XRP Case

SilverGoldHunter here and today I have some news with the twist and turns in the event from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which has appealed to the court which they are denying that it has any documents in its possessions pertaining to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple or (XRP).
Previously, the Ripple firm was granted partial access by the courts to document which is relating to both Bitcoin & Ethereum which the SEC has under their possession.
The firm is being chased by the United State regulator in a lawsuit for violating securities laws with XRP which is worth $1.3 Billion
The SEC team has stated that The Court which was held on April 6 did not require the SEC to produce internal documents. But the judge has granted permission to Ripple to access documents as she goes out saying that
“I am going to grant, in large part, the defendant’s motion, I think that the discovery related to Bitcoin and Ether is relevant.”
