dCity - From Zero to Hero (Episode VIII)

Hi everyone,

Welcome to my eighth episode of my dCity experiment, which I started fourteen weeks ago with an initial $10 invest on virtual properties.

This time I bought several properties, but I did a mistake and lost the control of my unemployment. As you can see bellow, 11 citizens are looking for a job, costing me 2 SIM per day.

For such situations the solution is simple: either sell some of the Homeless or Immigrants cards (by simply listing them on the market they don't count anymore to the stats of your city), or by sending them to a secondary account which you control.

Looking on the performance of my account, things didn't went too good in the past days:

Cards got cheaper, and the value of my account dropped to 14223 SIM, giving me an 42.62% yield on my invest.

An impressing game, isn't it?

I have found that the total SIM value of my property swings up and down on any given day.

This is true. Lot of people are buying packs, and sell what they don't like on the market. This gives good opportunities for buying cheap goodies :-)
