SPACs can be very risky since, we have to keep in mind, that many of the companies are not even making money. So we can see that it gets more difficult to cash out for a profit. Yes they try to unload their shares on the open market but this is something the SEC is looking at closely.

Many are using this as a way to avoid the Securities Laws.

Either way, occupy the SEC for all I care. I think it a good thing for the rest of us.

Lol. If it ties up the SEC and diverts the attention away from crypto then yes it is a great thing. I understand the risks involved but if you get the right company then the rewards would be that much greater.
