I have noticed the same, and a big par tof it is of course related to COVID, but another part is what I call the entitled mentality of many people entering the wrok Force these days, I saw it before I retired, when doing interviews many felt they were above what they considered menial work, and expected an office job, where they tell others what to do, and dont like the idea of starting at the bottom and working there way up, which we of our generation did

Yeah, for sure. I mean in my position I am all about sitting in an office and telling others what to do, but you have to work your way up there! I put in the hours and years to get to this point :) I totally hear you. It is a lot of little things all snowballing I think.
