That's an interesting analysis. I'd like to see other countries with these kind of initiatives but maybe it's already a step forward indeed.

I would imagine other country's have taken the initiative to do something similar to China and Russia. EU and the FED have extensive studies and roadmap for their own cryptocurrency too. What will make it beneficial for BTC and altcoins to moon is to have the government allow these establish currency to be use as such while having create their own country currency that is use as a peg. Of course this is the best outcome but still worse case ban on existing cryptos from public use while they push their own cryptocurrency for mainstream.
