အချိန် စောင့်ဆိုင်းရခြင်း၊ အချိန်မှန် မဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခြင်း နှင့် အချိန်ပေးရများခြင်းသည် အကျိုးအမြတ် မရေရာ လျော့နည်းစေရုံ သာမက ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ပန်းတိုင် အတွက် အစီအစဉ်ချမှတ် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှုကိုလည်း ထိခိုက်နစ်နာစေပါတယ်။
