Hive Investment Watch: 22.6 million SPORTS in Stake, 90% of July Target reached

I set short term investment goals for myself in order to motivate myself each time I am able to reach there. I have stated several times that I adopt the "Drops Investment Principle" in building my Hive token stakes. By this, I power-up tiny amounts daily to and consistently to reach a huge amount over a period of time.

The drive to investing in bits is to avoid impulsive trades during short-term token market jerks. Having a lump of liquid tokens can lure one i=to playing with the markets and thus end up subliming supposed investment sum. I've have such experience and it wasn't a good one. i had tasked myself to consciously power-up tokens everyday in July, 2020. I've disciplined myself to powerup at least $5 worth of tokens each day.

Today, I decided to add 166,046.599 SPORTS to my stake, thus reaching the 22.6 million stake mark. With this, I should be able to give out as much as 14,000 SPORTS in a full single upvote. That should be worth about $0.13 (0.6 HIVE). Meanwhile, my total SPORTS investment is less than $300.

With 22.6 million SPORTS stake, I currently rank 9th on the SPORTS token richlist. My target for July is to reach 25 million stake mark and that would keep my account around the 7th-8th positions.

It's fun to see that some new investors are building their curation strengths in SPORTS. This has helped to keep the SPORTS market afloat around 0.00004 HIVE value in the past few days.

From the market screenshot above, we can clearly see that the buy order for SPORTS has clamped down more than 194 HIVE with top bid quantities running into millions of SPORTS token. I am hopeful that as HIVE would bull, things would improve for the token and we'll sure have some pumps in the value of the token we hold and give out in votes.
