Lumber is setting new highs for a few reasons:

• The supply chain misread the situation going into Covid-19 lockdowns
• People are bored at home and are ramping up renovation projects
• There's an overall shift out of the cities spurring on new home construction
• International dispute between the US and Canada is leading to unnecessary tariffs.

And now as hurricane season upon us, one has to wonder how much greater of an impact these storms will have as the devastation continues to renew even more demand.
